A method of forming an oral care implement which includes injection molding a composition comprising a graft polymer onto a head of an oral care implement at a temperature equal to or greater than 130° C. to form a water-dissolvable polymer matrix.

The brush (200) comprises a body (202), having a rotational axis (238) and comprising a first channel (208) that comprises an inlet (209) and a first outlet (280). A paint brush device with a controlled paint flow system is an apparatus that facilitates efficient painting process, by providing the user with a paint brush with a reservoir handle. The inside of the reservoir handle contains the user's choice of paint. In order to transfer the paint to a plurality of bristles, the reservoir handle is internally connected to a soft, liquid repellent internal tube, that traverses internally from the reservoir handle towards the plurality of bristles on a removable brush head. The reservoir handle is compressible, therefore when manually compressed, paint travels from the reservoir handle to the plurality of bristles allowing the user to begin the painting process with little to no preparation. The delivery component includes a guide head and a sliding mechanism that is mechanically connected to the guide head. A method of delivering a glutinous substance to a workpiece from an end-effector comprises using the end-effector to rotate a brush relative to the workpiece about a rotational axis. The method also comprises, while rotating the brush relative to the workpiece about the rotational axis, urging the glutinous substance from the end-effector through a channel of a body of the brush from an axial inlet of the channel to an outlet of the channel, into contact with a thatch of bristles of the brush. Additionally, the method comprises using the end-effector to position the brush relative to the workpiece such that the glutinous substance in contact with the thatch is delivered onto at least a first surface and a third surface of the workpiece.
