A vehicle washing device for cleaning a vehicle includes a handgrip, which is attached to a first end of an elongate handle. A pump is attached to the handgrip and is in fluidic communication with a reservoir that contains a cleaning solution. Each of a plurality of brush heads is attachable to a second end of the elongate handle so that the brush head is in fluidic communication with the pump. A battery is attachable to the handgrip to power the pump to motivate the cleaning solution from the reservoir to the brush head. A switch on the handgrip and is operationally engaged to the battery and the pump. The handgrip is grasped in a hand of a user, positioning the user to manipulate the brush head on a surface and to switch the switch to actuate the pump so that the cleaning solution is applied to the surface.

Generally, this invention is an applicator that provides for easy and efficient application of liquid substances to skin and/or hair; preferably, to a person's body, hair or skin, or to a pet's body, hair or skin. The applicator includes a handle portion having an engagement portion, a liquid medicine dispenser that removably engages with the handle portion's engagement portion, the dispenser comprises a hollow interior space with a liquid substance, preferably medicinal and at least one opening for dispensing the liquid substance through hollow teeth connected to the handle portion. The teeth selectively distribute the liquid substance to the person or pet's hair by brushing. In another embodiment, the applicator is made of a material that is easily disposable or breakable so that it is safe for use with children or in potentially violent atmospheres such as prisons.

A disclosed example brush for dispensing multiple fluids during cleaning of a surface includes: an annular porous polymeric brush body configured to dispense a first fluid through the brush; and a first annular plate mechanically coupled to the brush body, wherein the plate includes: a channel to direct the first fluid from an inlet of the channel to the brush body; and a plate annulus aligned with a brush annulus of the brush body, such that the brush annulus and the plate annulus direct a second fluid from an inlet to the surface.

The release component may include a water-dissolvable matrix comprising a first polymer having a processing temperature greater than or equal to 150? C. The oral care implement may include a plurality of tooth cleaning elements. A method of forming an oral care implement which includes injection molding a composition comprising a graft polymer onto a head of an oral care implement at a temperature equal to or greater than 130? C. to form a water-dissolvable polymer matrix.

A hand washing assembly for scrubbing a user's hands includes a shell that is foraminous thereby facilitating a fluid to pass through the shell. The shell is elongated such that the shell has an egg shape thereby facilitating the shell to fit into a palm of a user's hand. A plurality of bristles is each coupled to and extends outwardly from the shell thereby facilitating the plurality of bristles to scrub the user's hand. A sponge is insertable into the shell and the sponge is comprised of a fluid absorbent material thereby facilitating the sponge to absorb a liquid soap. The sponge releases the liquid soap outwardly through the shell to enhance cleaning the user's hands.

A hair and scalp treatment device includes a dispenser connected to a cartridge, wherein the cartridge comprises a formulation; a plurality of tips on the device, wherein the tips have at least one opening to dispense the formulation and at least one LED that emits light in the visible color spectrum, wherein the at least one LED is located at the end of the tips; and a controller configured to individually turn on and off the LEDs from the plurality of tips.

The brush comprises a body, having a rotational axis and comprising a first channel that comprises an inlet and a first outlet.
