Intervertebral implants, assemblies, and methods thereof. An intervertebral implant includes opposing chamfered edges to reduce a diagonal distance between the edges. The reduced diagonal distance minimizes distraction of an intervertebral disc space during insertion of the implant. A tool for insertion and rotation of the implant is also provided.

Pelvic wedge

A surgical implant assembly includes a surgical implant, a bone plate, and fixation devices. The surgical implant includes a top surface, a bottom surface disposed in opposed relation relative to the top surface, first and second surfaces interconnecting the top and bottom surfaces, and a front surface. First ends of the first and second side surfaces define a back surface extending across a first end of the surgical implant, and the front surface extends across a second end of the surgical implant and interconnects second ends of the first and second side surfaces. At least one cavity is defined in the surgical implant. The bone plate includes an elongate body extending between first and second end portions. The elongate body is positionable adjacent the front surface of the surgical implant. The fixation devices are configured to secure the surgical implant or the bone plate to osseous tissue.

The utility model provides an artificial bone, comprising bionic bone, supporting pillar and 3D porous scaffold structure; said supporting pillar and said 3D porous scaffold structure are connected to said bionic bone, said 3D porous scaffold structure is set to cover said supporting pillar. Advantageous result of the utility model is: use artificial bone to replace original bone, set supporting pillar and 3D porous scaffold structure in the meantime, supporting pillar gets into coupling end which connected to original bone to work as support and fixing. Set the 3D porous scaffold structure on the periphery of coupling end which connected to original bone, to provide space for the adhesion and growth of bone cells, make the connection between artificial bone and original bone more stable.

An interbody implant and inserter tool for spinal fusion. The interbody implant includes a cage portion and a nose portion. In some embodiments, an outer surface of the nose portion defines at least a first concave profile in a first direction, and may define a second concave profile in a second direction, the second direction being perpendicular to the first direction. The outer surface may also define an oblong cross-section normal to a nose axis. The oblong cross-section may be axisymmetric or continuously curved (or both) about the nose axis. The concave profile(s) enable easier initial insertion of for more precisely locating the interbody implant, so that the greater insertion forces required during implantation do not occur until the interbody implant is securely and accurately placed.
