A cleansing device for mammalian skin includes a cleansing head having a plurality of elastomeric cleansing features extending away from a first surface of the cleansing head. The cleansing head is attached to a handle. The cleansing device includes an actuator coupled to a rotating drive shaft and adapted to apply oscillating movement to one or more cleansing head sections of the cleansing head at a frequency of about 5 Hz to 30 Hz.
Device and method for cleansing and treating skin
A cleansing device for mammalian skin includes a cleansing head having a plurality of elastomeric cleansing features extending away from the first surface and having an aspect ratio of about 1:5 to 10:1. The cleansing head is attached to a handle adapted to apply oscillating movement to one or more cleansing head sections to provide a total displacement per oscillation of about 2 mm to 8 mm at a frequency of about 5 Hz to 30 Hz.
PERSONAL CARE DEVICE WITH CAMERA
A personal care system having a treatment device for applying a treatment to the skin or hair of a user is provided. The treatment device has a camera for taking an image of the skin. The system may include or be in communication with an application programming interface (API) that can process the image. The system or an associated API can recommend the use of treatment regimens or topical products according to information determined from the digital image of the skin.
Flexible tilting applicator attachment
Flexible tilting skin contacting devices are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, an apparatus includes an applicator that is to contact skin surface, and a base connectable or detachable from the applicator. The applicator comprises first, second, and third portions. The second portion is disposed between and connected to the first and third portions along the rotation axis of the applicator. The first portion comprises an outwardly curved disc with at least one tip protruding from a major surface of the first portion, the second portion comprises an elastomeric material configured to flex proportionately in response to respective contact pressure on the at least one tip with the skin surface during rotation of the first portion, and the first portion is to tilt in a plane different from a rotation plane associated with the rotation axis in accordance with the flexing of the second portion.
COMPACT SCRUBBER
A charging station for charging a power tool. The charging station includes a battery topper and a battery. The battery topper includes a recessed portion for receiving at least part of the power tool, at least one terminal, and at least one induction coil disposed within the battery topper. The battery is removably coupled to the battery topper for inducing a current in the at least one induction coil. The power tool interacts with the terminal to supply stored power from the at least one induction coil, to a rechargeable battery in the power tool.
DISK BROOM, SWEEPING DEVICE AND FLOOR CLEANING MACHINE
A floor cleaning machine that includes a disc broom that is rotatable about a rotation axis. The disc broom has a base body, bristles and a cover element. The base body has a circumferential outer edge. The bristles are attached at one end to the base body and extend away from the base body towards a sweeping plane that is perpendicular to the rotation axis. The cover element has a shell that is made of a flexible material. The shell extends away from the base body and towards the sweeping plane. The shell has an inner side, which faces an interior of the shell, and an outer side that faces an exterior of the shell. The shell envelopes the bristles perpendicularly to the rotation axis such that the bristles are disposed in the interior of the shell. A related disc broom and sweeping device are also provided.
Rotary Brush and Rotary Brush Wire Configurations
A rotary wire brush, such as a wheel brush, e.g., double-stringer or dually brush, cup brush, bevel brush, or knotted end brush, composed of knotted brush wire tufts of multistrand construction each having at least a plurality of brush wire strands, preferably at least a plurality of pairs of, i.e., at least three, strands each formed of at least a plurality, preferably at least a plurality of pairs of, i.e., at least three, wires. The wires forming strands are twisted, braided, or twisted and braided, and the strands that form tufts are twisted, braided, or twisted and braided. A preferred brush employs a center disc, e.g., hub, with radially offset tuft anchor holes, which can have different sizes, from which twist knot tufts, which also can have different sizes, can outwardly extend from the disc different distances by being configured with an offset trim preferably having different trim lengths
ELECTRICAL APPLIANCE FOR PERSONAL CARE
An electrical appliance for personal care includes a handle with a longitudinal axis, and a plug-on part which can be attached to the handle, wherein a vibration unit having an electric motor and an eccentric element is arranged in the handle, wherein a plug-like coupling structure protrudes from the handle, which plug-like coupling structure forms an interface with a substantially mirror-inverted socket-like coupling structure of the plug-on part, wherein the interface has at least two stages with different circumferential geometry, wherein at least one of the stages has a rotation-preventing means between the handle and the plug-on part, and wherein a stop surface of the handle for the plug-on part extends obliquely with respect to the longitudinal axis of the handle.
SKIN CARE DEVICES
The present disclosure is drawn to skin care devices. An example skin care device can include skin-rejuvenation head with a first external region including an array of skin-cleansing bristles and a second external region including an auxiliary skin-treatment appliance of a different type than the skin-cleansing bristles. The skin-rejuvenation head can include a vibrational motor positioned therein to provide vibratory oscillation to both the skin-cleansing bristles and the auxiliary skin-treatment appliance. A support rod can be mechanically coupled to the skin-rejuvenation head. A handle can include a neck portion and a grip portion, with the support rod also coupled to the handle. The neck portion can be proximal to the skin-rejuvenation head and the grip portion can be distal to the skin-rejuvenation head. The neck portion can include an energy dampening sleeve around the support rod, leaving a gap around the support rod.
Systems, devices, and methods of a self-activation use odometer for a skin care brush
