A long rod cleaning machine can prevent swinging due to partial contact and also perform local cleaning. A scrubber includes an electric motor, a tip tool including a cleaning portion, a head to which the tip tool is attachable, a rod, and a rotator between the head and the rod. The tip tool is attached in a manner movable with a driving force from the electric motor. The head includes a peripheral portion surrounding the cleaning portion and including a surface-cleaning lateral portion to be in contact with a cleaning target surface together with the cleaning portion. The rotator includes a rotation restrictor connecting the head to the rod in a manner rotatable relative to the rod about at least two axes. The rotation restrictor partially or fully restricts rotation of the head.

A cleaning machine may include: a first brush comprising a first brush shaft extending in a left-right direction and a first brush body held by the first brush shaft; a second brush comprising a second brush shaft extending in the left-right direction and a second brush body held on the second brush shaft; a brush supporting member supporting each of the first brush and the second brush such that the first brush and the second brush are rotatable; a body supporting the brush supporting member such that the brush supporting member is pivotable; and a pivot mechanism configured to pivot the brush supporting member with respect to the body. At least the first brush may move with respect to the body in an up-down direction when the brush supporting member pivots with respect to the body.

A cleaning machine may include: a first brush comprising a first brush shaft extending in a left-right direction and a first brush body held by the first brush shaft; a second brush comprising a second brush shaft extending in the left-right direction and a second brush body held on the second brush shaft; a brush supporting member supporting each of the first brush and the second brush such that the first brush and the second brush are rotatable; a body supporting the brush supporting member such that the brush supporting member is pivotable; and a pivot mechanism configured to pivot the brush supporting member with respect to the body. At least the first brush may move with respect to the body in an up-down direction when the brush supporting member pivots with respect to the body.

A cleaning device includes a rolling brush mounted on a housing and can be in rolling contact with the ground. A waste collection region is integrally or separately provided in the housing, and the waste collection region is provided with a collection inlet provided corresponding to the rolling brush. Waste brought up by the rolling contact is collected into the waste collection region under the rotation action of the rolling brush. The housing is provided with one or more scraping guiders connected to the collection inlet, and each of the scraping guiders is in flexible pressure contact with the rolling brush or the ground, and is configured to scrape off residual waste absorbed by the rolling brush or residual waste on the ground and transfer the residual waste into the waste collection region.

A cleaning device includes a rolling brush mounted on a housing and can be in rolling contact with the ground. A pendulum rocker brush for a vehicle wash system is provided including a rocker arm, a rotatable coupler, a motor assembly, and a rocker brush head. Both the rocker brush head and motor assembly can be suspended from the coupler, freely dangling therefrom under the force of gravity, in an unbiased manner. The rocker brush head can pivot relative to the rocker arm through a swing angle between 10 and 45 degrees relative to vertical. The rotatable coupler and rocker brush head can be disposed at a pivoting angle between 10 and 45 degrees relative to a conveyor direction which a vehicle follows. When the rocker brush head encounters an opposing force above a movement threshold from the vehicle, the rocker brush head and the motor assembly can swing outward to the swing angle and at the pivoting angle so the vehicle is not damaged.
