The group of useful models has to do with physiotherapeutic devices, in particular massage brooms, the task of which is to enhance their effectiveness. The massage broom has metal bristles, which have been put together compactly in a portion of the massage broom in order to form a handle, and in the remaining portion of the massage broom the bristles are separated from one another. In one of the variants, the handle or its part is formed by the metal sleeve and by the additional metal sleeve. The bristles are passed through these sleeves. Thus, the possibility exists that sound waves can be generated upon tapping. Various instances of embodiments of massage brooms in four variants are also described.

The present invention is intended to provide a toothbrush in which the handle of the toothbrush includes a plurality of handle pieces and the handle pieces can be selectively assembled and separated by fitting coupling, screw coupling, or the like, thereby contributing to enabling children to make it a rule to brush their teeth by particularly stimulating the curiosity and interest of the children, and also improving brain development and a learning effect. A manually-wound or charged, powered toothbrush includes a winding mechanism, an energy storage element, and an output gear train to cause a rotating, oscillating or sweeping brush head to move, thus improving the efficacy of the user's oral-care regimen. The toothbrush may include a removable, replaceable brush head that includes a clip that also serves as a removal tool for a spent brush head.

An outer elastomeric layer forms a nonogonal-shaped hollow tube for a finger toothbrush to be used by an adult caregiver to brush a child's teeth. The toothbrush has a first, rigid portion with a rigid inner lining configured to receive a middle phalange of the caregiver's finger and a second, flexible portion configured to receive a distal phalange of the caregiver's finger. The rigid inner lining may further comprise extensions and depressions to spread the pressure from a child's bite. The second, flexible portion may allow for better tactile response when the toothbrush is in the mouth of a child.

Tooth cleaning devices that are designed for portable, discrete use improve dental hygiene as well as cosmetic appearance of teeth. For example, teeth can be discreetly cleaned after drinking dark-colored beverages in social settings wherein conventional teeth cleaning devices are unavailable or inconvenient. The portable and discrete tooth cleaning devices can be used with described processes and stored and dispensed with described devices.

An oral cleaning device for a baby is disclosed herein. The oral cleaning device includes a head portion, the head portion including one of: (i) at least one plurality of bristles for brushing gums and/or teeth of a baby, or (ii) at least one protrusion for scraping food particles and other matter from a tongue of the baby; and a body portion connected to the head portion, the body portion having a first end that is distal from the head portion and a second end that is proximal to the head portion, the first end being oppositely disposed relative to the second end, the body portion including a tapered finger recess for accommodating varying finger sizes of different users, the tapered finger recess having a cross-sectional area that gradually decreases in size from the first end to the second end.

A whole-mouth dental hygiene apparatus includes first and second channel configured to fit over a user's entire teeth sets of the upper and lower jaw. The channels are aligned along a dividing wall and include rod-like projections extending from their surrounding walls into interiors of each channel, configured for scrubbing enamel and massaging gums through chewing action. The rod-like projections are formed of a molded silicon rubber material together with an entirety of the apparatus. The apparatus includes a handle for manipulating the apparatus attached to its exterior, positioned to protrude from a user's mouth when the apparatus is in use. The apparatus includes openings in the walls of each channel to allow for passage of fluid during use.

The oral care implement includes a handle portion that may be coupled to the head portion. The handle portion includes a central body having a proximal portion. The proximal portion may be opposite the head portion. The handle portion may include a first appendage extending laterally outwards from a first side of the central body in a first direction and a second appendage extending laterally outwards from a second side of the central body in a second direction opposite to the first direction. The first and second appendages may be angled towards each other to form an obtuse angle therebetween (e.g., when in an unstressed state). The proximal portion of the central body may protrude from a bottom end of the first and second appendages.
