The present invention provides a toothbrush and a device for attaching and/or detaching a toothbrush head. According to the present invention, the handle can be reused to improve resource utilization and reduce the amount of waste to be treated, as well as to enable the attachment and/or detachment of the head to be labor-savingly, easily and efficiently conducted.

The soft gel can be biodegradable and can be provided in a pouch having a tear notch.
