A retractable cosmetic implement may be movable between multiple different use positions. In one example, the cosmetic implement may include a housing elongated along a longitudinal axis, a multi-stop positioning mechanism disposed within the housing, an applicator coupled to the positioning mechanism at a first end of the housing, and a push-button for engaging the positioning mechanism, the push-button disposed at a second end of the housing. By actuating the positioning mechanism, the applicator may move through an opening to a partially extended position and/or a fully extended position from a retracted position. The applicator may have a material characteristic, such as a density of bristles, affected by its position relative to a rim of the opening applying a force against the applicator.

An oral care product comprises a package comprising a container and an applicator tip attached to the container. The applicator tip comprises a material having a Shore A hardness of from about 15 to about 80 and has a dispensing orifice in fluid communication with the container. The dispensing orifice has a minimum diameter of at least about 0.5 mm, preferably at least about 1 mm. The oral care product further comprises an oral care composition contained within the container of the package, wherein the oral care composition comprises an oral care active and has a cone penetration value of from about 10 to about 500, preferably from about 100 to about 300.

A garment dye pen for covering relatively isolated bleach marks thereon and a method for using the same. The garment dye pen comprises a tubular housing having a closed distal end and an open proximal end forming a fluid reservoir therein containing liquid dye. The open proximal end includes female threaded elements that align with a cap having aligning male threaded elements. The liquid dye is induced to evacuate the fluid reservoir through a nozzle on the cap. The cap further comprises a pointed tip brush applicator also configured to disperse the liquid dye when placed in contact with a bleach spot on a garment of clothing.

An electric toothbrush relates to personal care products, oral care products, namely, toothbrushes. An ice scraper blade and/or brush mounted to a handle which has an anatomically designed grip. Attached to the handle is a cover to protect the user's hand from snow, ice, water, and cold. The cover has a sleeve with a first side made of waterproof fabric and a second side which is insulated with a suitable thermo-insulating fabric. In a first position of the cover, the first side of the sleeve is exposed to the outside for protecting the user's hand against the elements. In a second position of the cover, the sleeve is reversed so that the first side of the sleeve is on the inside, for enclosing ice, water and snow that may be adhered to the ice scraper blade and/or brush. The cover is also provided with a fastening arrangement that is placed at the second end of the sleeve, which prevents entering of snow and ice into the cover in the first position, and which contains the ice, water and snow inside the cover in the second position.

Reconfigurable paint brush containers provide both display packaging and an edging tool. The container has a painting edge aligned with bristles of the paint brush and a fulcrum on which the paint brush rests. The fulcrum initially spaces the bristles of the paint brush away from the painting edge in a resting state. The painting edge is aligned with a wall corner, where paint is to be applied and a force is applied to the paint brush in the direction of the fulcrum. The force overcomes the spacing effect and brings the bristles into contact with the painting edge such that paint on the bristles is applied in a straight line to a portion of the wall exposed to the bristles at the painting edge.
