ABSORBENT ARTICLE
A core press depressed toward a back-side sheet is formed on at least a surface of an absorber facing an upper-side sheet such that the thickness of the absorber is reduced in the thickness direction, right and left compressed grooves are formed along the longitudinal direction of a sanitary napkin on at least the sides of an area corresponding to a body fluid discharge part of a wearer, and a high absorption part having a greater absorption capacity per unit area than other parts is formed at least between the right and left compressed grooves of the absorber.
ABSORBENT ARTICLE
According to the present invention, a leak-proof compressed part, which comprises indentations formed by indenting an absorber and which is for preventing leakage from an edge of the absorber by changing the direction of body fluid spreading from a region H corresponding to a body fluid discharge part, is formed outside the region H in a prescribed pattern. The leak-proof compressed part is provided with: a fluid guide section that is for guiding, toward a center line L extending from the proximal side toward the distal side of the region H, the body fluid spreading outward from region H, and that has portions that are disposed on both sides of the center line L so that the distance therebetween across the center line L becomes lesser from the proximal side toward the distal side of the region H; a fluid collecting section which is disposed on the center line L farther beyond the fluid guide section on the distal side of the region H and which is for collecting the body fluid guided by the fluid guide section; and a fluid spreading section which extends from the fluid collecting section to both sides of the center line L and which is for spreading the collected body fluid toward both sides of the center line L.
ABSORBENT BODY FOR USE IN AN ABSORBENT ARTICLE
An absorbent body for use in an absorbent article can have an improved vertical wicking capability and an improved liquid distribution capability. The absorbent body can have at least a first absorbent layer and a second absorbent layer. The absorbent body can further have at least three pairs of compressed points. A first pair of compressed points can be separated from a second pair of compressed points by a first distance in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body. A third pair of compressed points can be separated from the first pair of compressed points by a second distance in the transverse direction of the absorbent article. The second distance can be greater than the first distance.
ABSORBENT ARTICLE
An absorbent article includes a liquid permeable top sheet, a liquid impermeable back sheet, and an absorber provided between the two sheets, the absorbent article having a predetermined length in a front-to-rear direction, and a predetermined width in a width direction perpendicular to the front-to-rear direction, wherein the absorber is provided with a groove or a slit extending in the front-to-rear direction, the absorber includes a first absorber layer on the side closer to the top sheet, and a second absorber layer on the side closer to the back sheet, and the first absorber layer includes a high-stiffness part extending outward in the width direction from an edge portion of the groove or slit, and a stiffness of the high-stiffness part is higher than a stiffness of the second absorber layer.
ABSORBENT ARTICLE WITH CHANNELS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THEREOF
A method for manufacturing an absorbent article, said method comprising guiding a first sheet material along a rotating member, wherein a surface of said rotating member is provided with a pattern with at least one suction zone and at least one non-suction zone; applying an absorbent material on said first sheet material on the rotating member; locally removing the absorbent material applied on at least one attachment portion of the first sheet material located above the at least one non-suction zone, such that at least one remaining portion of the first sheet material located above the at least one suction zone is covered with absorbent material and substantially no absorbent material is present on the at least one attachment portion; applying a second sheet material on top of the absorbent material on the first sheet material.
Floor cleaner
A sweeping tool includes an elongated handle having a proximal end and a distal end, a bracket coupled to the distal end of the elongated handle, and a cleaning assembly coupled to the bracket. The cleaning assembly is designed to rotate about an axis passing through a portion of the bracket. The cleaning assembly includes a housing designed to hold a rotatable brush head and to collect debris swept up by the rotatable brush head. The cleaning assembly also includes a broom head coupled to the housing and a plurality of bristles coupled to the broom head.
ABSORBENT ARTICLE WITH IMPROVED CAPILLARY ACCELERATION SHEET
An absorbent article comprising a liquid pervious topsheet (300), a liquid impervious backsheet (200), absorbent material positioned between the liquid pervious topsheet and the liquid impervious backsheet, and a capillary acceleration sheet (400) between the absorbent material and the liquid pervious topsheet, wherein the absorbent material, typically comprising superabsorbent particles, is arranged on a bottom core wrap sheet such that one or more channels are formed, wherein less absorbent material per surface area is present in the one or more channels compared to an area around the one or more channels, wherein preferably substantially no absorbent material is present in the one or more channels, wherein the capillary acceleration sheet (400) comprises at least one meltblown layer, and wherein the at least one meltblown layer represents between 2 and 8 weight % of the weight of the capillary acceleration sheet.
Absorbent article having outwardly convex longitudinal central channels for improved protection
An absorbent article having a pair of longitudinal edges, front and rear transverse edges, a front end region, a rear end region, and a central region disposed between the front and rear end regions. The absorbent article has a liquid pervious topsheet, a liquid impervious backsheet, an absorbent core disposed between the topsheet and the backsheet, a pair of outwardly convex longitudinal central channels formed at least in the central region. The traversal distance of the pair of outwardly convex longitudinal central channels decreases towards both ends of the channels to define a central closed area. The absorbent article has a rear channel defining a rear closed area in the rear end region.
ABSORBENT ARTICLE
A core press and a lateral absorber embossment are formed at least on a surface of an absorber facing an upper-side sheet. The core press is formed by depressing the absorber toward a back-side sheet such that spaces are formed between the absorber and the upper-side sheet and the thickness of the absorber is reduced in the thickness direction. The lateral absorber embossment is formed in a central portion in the width direction of the absorber and extends substantially in the width direction. A non-pressed part is formed along the periphery of the lateral absorber embossment by omitting the core press in a position where the core press overlaps the lateral absorber embossment and in the vicinity of the lateral absorber embossment. A longitudinal surface embossment is formed on an outer surface of the upper-side sheet by depressing the upper-side sheet and the absorber together toward the back-side sheet such that the longitudinal surface embossment extends in the longitudinal direction in a central portion in the width direction of the absorbent article and crosses the lateral absorber embossment.
ABSORBENT ARTICLE
To enable an absorbent article to fit easily around the legs when worn and to improve fit. A pad which includes a polymer sheet having a superabsorbent polymer disposed between two nonwoven fabric sheets. Planar-shaped linear embossed grooves that protrude inward in a width direction from each side edge are formed at positions of the polymer sheet on which the groin of a wearer abuts when worn. Standing gathers BS that rise along a longitudinal direction on a skin side are formed on both side portions on the skin side. Regions that are surrounded by the embossed grooves tend to deform around the legs with the embossed grooves as flexible shafts, so that the polymer sheet fits easily around the legs when worn and fit is improved.
