ELASTIC MEMBER, DISPOSABLE WEARING ARTICLE INCLUDING ELASTIC MEMBER, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ELASTIC MEMBER
An elastic member has an elastic sheet stretchable structure in which an elastic sheet is interposed between a first sheet layer made of a nonwoven fabric and a second sheet layer made of a nonwoven fabric. The first sheet layer and the second sheet layer are welded through joint holes penetrating the elastic sheet at a plurality of sheet joined portions arranged at intervals, in which a region having the elastic sheet stretchable structure includes sheet joined portions having different shapes. In the sheet joined portions in the region having the elastic sheet stretchable structure, a reference bonding diameter is 0.2 mm or more, a maximum value of the reference bonding diameter is 1 to 3 times a minimum value thereof, and a circumference length is 1 to 15 times a length of a circumference of a circle whose diameter is the reference bonding diameter .
Disposable absorbent articles
An absorbent article comprising a first and second plurality of elastics. The first plurality of elastics may be disposed in a front and a crotch region. The second plurality of elastics may be disposed in a back region and the crotch region. The first and second plurality of elastics may be linear and parallel with a transverse axis of the article.
ADJUSTABLE PERSONAL HYGIENE ARTICLE
A hygienic article structured to inhibit soiling of clothing from intermittent or sporadic leakage of urine from a penis over time is provided. The hygienic article provides secure and dynamically variable fit, unobtrusive appearance, and airflow to the skin. The hygienic article according to this disclosure may be as little as one eighth of the surface area of conventional male incontinence guard or shield products, and as little as one quarter of the size of other male incontinence guard products used only over a penis.
Pant-Type Wearable Article
Disclosed is a wearable article comprising front and back elastic belt regions and a crotch region between the front and back elastic belt regions; the front and back elastic belt regions each comprising a laminate, an elastic bonding continuously bonding an elastic member in the direction of stretch, and a vertical bonding applied to at least one of inner and outer sheets to intermittently bond the elastic member to at least one of the inner and outer sheets, the vertical bonding having a transverse dimension VG2 and spaced apart from each other with a transverse pitch VG1, wherein the outer sheet comprises a repeating pattern of apertures, the repeating pattern of apertures spaced apart from each other with a longitudinal pitch DF2, and spaced apart from each other with a transverse pitch DF1, wherein VG1 is greater than DF1, and wherein the repeating pattern of apertures have a Longitudinal Orientation.
Disposable Absorbent Garment With Improved Elastication
A disposable absorbent garment includes front and rear panels with zones of elastication and non-elastication in the abdomen and rear regions of the garments. The zones of elastication comprise an elastified region, and a non-elastified region or a de-elastified region. The elastified non-elastified or de-elastified regions work in tandem to provide greater contour support and improved fit.
WEARABLE ARTICLE HAVING ELASTIC BELT
An article with the entirety of the length of the belt side edge of the front belt seamed with a certain length of the belt side edge of the back belt to define a seam length LS. The front and back belts may each be divided into 4 zones extending in the transverse direction and defined by its location from the distal edge to the proximal edge relative to the percentage of the seam length LS where: 0-25% is the waist zone, 25-50% is the distal tummy zone, 50-85% is the proximal tummy zone, and 85-100% is the leg zone. The tensile stress of the front leg zone may be no more than 50% of the tensile stress of the front proximal tummy zone, and the tensile stress of the back leg zone may be no more than 100% of the tensile stress of the back proximal tummy zone.
ABSORBENT ARTICLES WITH UNITARY HOOK FASTENERS, AND METHODS OF MAKING SUCH ARTICLES
This disclosure includes embodiments of disposable absorbent articles and methods of making disposable absorbent articles that include closures with a web of material and hook fasteners that are unitary with the web. For example, some of the present disposable absorbent articles include diapers or briefs with closure members, such as back ears or front ears, defined at least in part by a nonwoven web with hook fasteners that are unitary with the nonwoven web. Use of such unitary hook fasteners allows simpler construction of such articles and/or softer closure members for improved fit and user comfort, and/or other benefits. Certain embodiments of the present methods can manufacture such absorbent articles with fewer manufacturing steps or processes and/or fewer raw materials, relative to those required to manufacture prior art absorbent articles with hook fastener patches that are added by application of a separate piece of material that includes the hook fasteners.
Disposable absorbent articles
An absorbent article comprising first and second belts. The article may comprise a center chassis that comprises barrier leg cuffs extending laterally outward of a backsheet in the crotch region.
UNDERPANTS-TYPE DISPOSABLE DIAPER
Three or more elongated cover portion elastic members along a width direction are disposed in a gluteal cover portion of a back outer member. The gluteal cover portion is contracted in the width direction by the cover portion elastic members. The cover portion elastic member located closest to a waist opening is disposed at an end portion of the gluteal cover portion on the waist opening side. The cover portion elastic member located closest to a leg opening is disposed at an end portion of the gluteal cover portion on the leg opening side. When a central interval between the cover portion elastic member located closest to the waist opening and the cover portion elastic member located second from the waist opening is represented by d.sub.A, and the front-back direction length of the gluteal cover portion is represented by d.sub.E, d.sub.A>0.5d.sub.E is satisfied.
DISPOSABLE ABSORBENT ARTICLES
An absorbent article comprising first and second belts. The article may comprise a center chassis that comprises barrier leg cuffs extending laterally outward of a backsheet in the crotch region.
