The first element part is fastened to the leak-proof body and is arranged to run along the intergluteal cleft of a standing user whereas the second and third element parts are arranged to extend towards a hip user. The first element part applies a first tension force along the intergluteal cleft of the user whereas the second and third element parts apply lateral second and third tension forces.
