Self-locking mechanism and photovoltaic panel cleaning equipment having same
A self-locking mechanism which is mounted in a moving mechanism of a photovoltaic panel cleaning equipment is disclosed. The moving mechanism includes driving wheels driven by driving motors, and the driving wheels being diagonally and detachably mounted. The self-locking mechanism includes self-locking units arranged between the driving motor and the driving wheel of the moving mechanism, and is used for realizing self-locking of the respective driving wheel. By adopting the self-locking mechanism and the photovoltaic panel cleaning equipment having the self-locking mechanism, when the body of the photovoltaic panel cleaning equipment stops on the photovoltaic panel with a gradient, the body can be prevented from falling off due to the effect of gravity.
CLEANING TOOL
A cleaning tool comprises a mop, a cleaning base and a bucket, wherein the mop comprises a mop rod, and a cleaning head provided with a wiper is arranged at the lower end of the mop rod; the cleaning base is connected to the bucket through a guide rail and can move up and down relative to the bucket in a guided mode through the guide rail; the cleaning base can abut against the wiping surface of the cleaning head erected in the bucket and can move up and down relatively. The cleaning tool is characterized in that a water pumping device is arranged in the bucket or between the cleaning base and the bucket, and the cleaning base moves up and down relative to the bucket so that the water pumping device can be driven to deliver water in the bucket to the wiping surface of the cleaning head of the mop for cleaning. The water pumping device is arranged, the cleaning base moves up and down relative to the bucket to drive the water pumping device to discharge water onto the wiping surface of the cleaning head erected in the bucket for cleaning, the water pumping device is easy, convenient and fast to operate, and the cleaning base abuts against the wiper of the cleaning head for operation, so that the cleaning effect is better; the working efficiency of the cleaned mop is high, and bacterium breeding can be prevented when the clean mop is stored.
Substrate cleaning apparatus and substrate processing apparatus
The present invention relates to a substrate cleaning apparatus for performing scrub cleaning of a surface of a substrate by rotating both of the substrate and a roll cleaning member while keeping the roll cleaning member in contact with the surface of the substrate. The substrate cleaning apparatus includes a roll holder (42) configured to support and rotate a roll cleaning member (46), a vertical movement mechanism (60), having a vertically movable unit (58) vertically movable by actuation of an actuator (56) having a regulating device (62), configured to vertically move the roll holder (42) coupled to the vertically movable unit (58) so that the roll cleaning member (46) applies a roll load to the substrate W at the time of cleaning the substrate, a load cell (54) provided between the vertically movable unit (58) of the vertical movement mechanism (60) and the roll holder (42) and configured to measure the roll load, and a controller (66) configured to perform feedback control of the roll load through the regulating device (62) of the actuator (56) based on a measured value of the load cell (54).
BRUSHROLL FOR VACUUM CLEANER
A brushroll for a surface cleaning apparatus includes a brush dowel defining an axis and having opposing bristle supports and a shroud surface between the opposing bristle supports, and a plurality of bristles protruding from the bristle supports. The shroud surface includes opposing convex curved surfaces extending between the bristle supports which intersect the shroud surface at outside corners.
ATTACHMENT REMOVING DEVICE FOR DIAMOND TOOL
Disclosed herein is an attachment removing device for a diamond tool used in a machining process such as cutting, grinding, polishing, drilling, or the like, for removing an attachment attached to the diamond tool. The attachment removing device for a diamond tool for removing an attachment attached to the diamond tool includes a cylindrical member; and a plurality of bristles each having one end connected to the cylindrical member.
ROTATABLE ADJUSTING CLEANER
The present utility model discloses a rotatable adjusting cleaner, comprising a brush head mounting handle, a rotational handle rotatably connected to the brush head mounting handle, and a rotational adjusting mechanism provided between the brush head mounting handle and the rotational handle; by providing a rotational adjusting mechanism between the brush head mounting handle and the rotational handle, the present utility model can achieve the rotatable adjustment of the two, so as to facilitate a user to adjust the angle of the brush head according to cleaning requirements, thereby enhancing the convenience of the use of the present application
SUBSTRATE TREATMENT APPARATUS
A substrate treatment apparatus includes a brush moving mechanism which moves a shaft to which a cleaning brush is attached. The brush body includes a substrate contact portion of a pillar-shaped portion. The substrate treatment apparatus further includes a correcting member and a relatively-positioning mechanism. When the correcting member is placed in a target position, a contact portion of the correcting member overlaps an object portion which is a combination of a design contact portion and a belt-shaped annular portion in an outer surface of a design pillar-shaped portion of a design body of a design brush. The contact portion is formed to have an inverted shape of the object portion of the design brush, and a portion of the contact portion, which corresponds to the belt-shaped annular portion, is a center-axis facing surface which faces a center axis of the shaft.
