ELASTOMER COATED POWDERS
Provided is an elastomer that improves the skin feel of an inorganic powder. The elastomer according to the present invention is an elastomeric mixture comprising an amino group-containing silicone polymer and a carboxyl group-containing silicone polymer or a carboxyl group-containing acrylamide polymer. The molar ratio of amino groups to carboxyl groups in the mixture is within the range of 0.1 to 1.2.
SILICONE-(METH)ACRYLATE COPOLYMER AND METHODS FOR ITS PREPARATION AND USE IN PERSONAL CARE COMPOSITIONS
A silicone-(meth) acrylate copolymer and methods for the preparation and use of the copolymer are provided. The copolymer is soluble in ethanol under ambient conditions. The copolymer, or homogeneous ethanol solution thereof, may be used as a film forming agent in a personal care composition, such as a foundation.

MULTICOMPONENT COMPOSITION (Michael Addition)
The instant disclosure generally relates to a multicomponent composition for coating mammalian or synthetic keratin material and textiles, the composition comprising a first and second components and a third component. The first and second components comprise first and second compounds respectively. Any one or more of the first, second and third components may also comprise pigment microparticles. The first, second and third compounds meld together on keratin material and textiles and especially on hair to form a coating that can be formulated to provide temporary coverage or provide permanent coverage. The multicomponent composition formed and set in situ as a solid linked coating ranges from ready removability to substantially permanent lastingness.

DISPERSIBLE POWDER AND COSMETIC
A dispersible powder including an organopolysiloxane elastomer powder treated with a surface treatment agent. The surface treatment agent is an organopolysiloxane having a polyoxyalkylene group, a weight-average molecular weight of 300 to 300,000, and an HLB of 8 to 18. Thus, an organopolysiloxane elastomer powder has excellent dispersibility and high over-time dispersion stability in an aqueous medium; and a cosmetic can be blended with the powder.
SUNSCREEN FORMULATION
The present invention relates generally to sun protection compositions for application to the skin, and in particular sunscreen formulations comprising zinc oxide and other components in a water-in-silicone/oil inverted emulsion system.
