METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING BRISTLE FIELDS FOR BRUSHES
A method and an apparatus for producing bristle fields for brushes. The bristles are filled into a hole of a mold form by a feed line having an upstream end with an inlet valve and a downstream end with an outlet valve. The method includes steps of forming a bundle of bristles; applying a predefined gas pressure above atmospheric pressure in the feed line the inlet and outlet valves; inserting the bundle into the feed line at an insertion station between the inlet and outlet valves; and maintaining the predefined pressure between said valves; draining off a first volume of gas from the feed line via the outlet valve while feeding a second volume of gas into the feed line via the inlet valve, thereby moving the bundle of bristles in the feed line towards the mold form, wherein the pressure in the feed line upstream and downstream of the bundle of bristles is kept above atmospheric pressure.

Dental Cleaning Device
A dental cleaning device for simultaneously brushing at a plurality of dental positions. The dental cleaning device includes: a mouthpiece having a pressure chamber for containing a fluid under pressure; a pump unit arranged in fluid communication with said pressure chamber and configured to reciprocatingly increase and decrease a pressure in the pressure chamber; a pressure sensor configured to measure a pressure in the pressure chamber and to produce a pressure signal; and a controller configured to generate a control signal. The controller is configured to generate the control signal in dependence on the pressure signal and the pump unit is configured to provide a delivery into and/or out of the pressure chamber in response to the control signal. The controller is configured to reduce the delivery of the pump unit when the pressure in the pressure chamber exceeds a predetermined upper threshold.
Brush head and its producing device
A brush includes a brush head which comprises a brush support, and a plurality of brushing members integrally provided on the brush support, wherein the brushing members and the brush support are integrally formed together by heat treatment.

Double Action Cleaning Tool
The double action cleaning tool of the present invention includes a dynamic double action dual brush head and a handle. The dynamic double action dual brush head includes two brush heads rotatably attached to a brush head base, allowing the brush heads to independently rotate about the axis in which it is rotatably attached to the brush head base. A mechanical device capable of storing and releasing energy is connected between the two brush heads, which is rigidly attached to the brush head base. The double action cleaning tool stores energy in the form of potential energy in the mechanical energy storage device of the dynamic double action dual brush head during the sweeping stroke of the double action push broom. At the end of the sweeping stroke, the stored potential energy is converted into kinetic energy and rotates the dual brush, thereby providing an additional sweeping motion.

Oral care implement
An oral care implement that includes a handle (120) and a head (100) with a front surface. A plurality of tooth cleaning elements extend from the front surface. In one embodiment the plurality of tooth cleaning elements include a conical tuft (130) that is formed by a wall of bristles. The tooth cleaning elements may also include first and/or second sets of peripheral tooth cleaning elements located adjacent to opposing lateral edges of the head. The peripheral tooth cleaning elements may include elastomeric sleeve portions (144, 154) and bristle tuft portions (145, 155). The elastomeric sleeve portions may be formed as a part of an integrally formed elastomeric component (170).
