BRUSH AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD
The present invention provides a brush and a manufacturing method thereof. A brush of the present invention includes: brush hairs; a brush hair part that has a brush coupler to which the brush hairs are attached; a brush body that support an end of the brush coupler; a coupling member that has a first part coupled to the brush body and a second part coupled to the edge of the brush coupler and has a metallic tube; and a fixing member that prevents shaking of the brush coupler between the brush body and the brush coupler, in which the coupling member and the brush body are combined by pressing the portion of the coupling member where the coupling member and the brush body are in contact with each other.
Tufting tool and brush making machine
A tufting tool for tufting and fastening clusters of bristles in bristle holes in a contoured surface of or oblique holes in a brush body. The tufting tool has a tool head displaceable along the tufting axis between a receiving and a tufting position. The tool head has two guide jaws which are displaceable relative to each other during displacement of the tool head. To relatively displace the guide jaws, the tool has a reversing lever connected to the tool head and a deflecting guide for the reversing lever, arranged at an angle of deflection with respect to the tufting axis. The guide jaws are coupled together via the reversing lever in such a manner and the reversing lever is guided such that an adjustment of the tool head into the tufting position advances one guide jaw in the tufting direction and retracts the other guide jaw counter to the tufting direction.

TOOTHBRUSH COMPRISING ASYMMETRICALLY ORIENTED TUFTS OF BRISTLES
A toothbrush includes a handle and a bristle-carrying head part, which are connected to each other by a neck part, the head part having a multiplicity of tufts of bristles consisting of bristles. An anchor is oriented at right angles to the longitudinal axis. Two or more tufts of bristles have a bristle tuft half with bristle ends standing up higher in relation to the bristle ends of the other bristle tuft half.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING INDIVIDUAL BRUSH UNIT OF ROTARY TOOTHBRUSH
An apparatus for manufacturing an individual brush unit constituting a rotary brush by being stacked in multiple layers, includes an anvil having an insertion hole through which a filament group passes, a filament feeding unit which feeds the filament group from a feeder including a ring cutter on a tip and holds the filament group while a predetermined amount of the filament group protrudes outward from the insertion hole of the anvil, and an ultrasonic welder including a horn having a horn tip portion which pushes and radially expands a protruding tip of the filament group and welds a central part of the expanded filament group, to form the individual brush unit. A core of the welded central part is sandwiched between the ring cutter and the horn tip portion and is cut out, to simultaneously form a shaft hole and separate the individual brush unit from the filament group.
Double action push broom
The double action push broom of the present invention includes a dynamic double action dual brush head and a broom handle. The dynamic double action dual brush head includes two brush heads rotatably attached to a brush head base, allowing the brush heads to independently rotate about the axis in which it is rotatably attached to the brush head base. A mechanical device capable of storing and releasing energy is connected between the two brush heads, which is rigidly attached to the brush head base. The double action push broom stores kinetic energy in the form of potential energy in the mechanical energy storage device of the dynamic double action dual brush head during the sweeping stroke of the double action push broom. At the end of the sweeping stroke, the stored potential energy is converted into kinetic energy and rotates the dual brush, thereby providing an additional sweeping motion.

TUFT-PICKING DEVICE FOR A BRUSH-MAKING MACHINE
A tuft-picking device for a brush-making machine includes a container for holding loose filaments with circumferences having at least one recess; and a tuft picker having a working surface having a notch. The notch has a depth, a width, and an opening. A contour of the working surface is movable during a working stroke past an open side of the container so that the opening passes the loose filaments. First and second projections reduce the opening versus an inner width. The first projection's top is located in the working surface of the tuft picker and the second projection's top is located off-site the working surface and inside the notch. The second projection passes the open side of the filament container last during a working stroke. A distance from the top of the second projection to the working surface is from 0.05 mm to 0.5 mm, and an angle between the working surface and a line of reflection symmetry crossing the top of the second projection is from 0 to 45.
TUFT PICKER FOR A TUFT-PICKING DEVICE OF A BRUSH-MAKING MACHINE
A tuft picker for a tuft-picking device has a working surface having a tuft-picking notch with a depth, a width, and an opening. First and second projections reduce the opening of the notch versus an inner width. At least one top of the first and/or second projection is located off-site the working surface of the tuft picker and inside of the notch. A distance from the at least one top to the working surface of the tuft picker is in the range of from 0.05 mm to 0.5 mm, and an angle between the working surface of the tuft picker and a line of reflection symmetry crossing the at least one top is from 1 to 45.
