Connecting ends of the draper conveyor of a harvest header
A draper having an additional strip of a resilient material attached on to the outer surface of the base layer at the front edge is connected at ends to form a continuous loop by a coupling comprising a first and second end edge which are turned so as to stand upwardly from the band and a clamping assembly clamping the upwardly standing edges together. The additional band at each end of the canvas is recessed from the outer surface and a strip portion formed of a flexible continuous strip material extending longitudinally of the additional band connects the two ends. The strip is bolted at each end to the recessed portion and has a thickness so that its outer surface is slightly less than that of the additional band thus forming in effect a continuation of the band bridging the ends of the canvas.
Grain saving agricultural harvesting head
An agricultural harvesting head comprises a frame that supports a cutter configured to cut an agricultural product. The agricultural harvesting head also comprises a set of laterally extending and forward tilted feeding tracks that guide the cut agricultural product to a center of the agricultural harvesting head. The set of feeding tracks comprise a base web of elastomer-impregnated fabric, elongated cleats that extend upward from the base web and extend across substantially the entire width of the base web and a plurality of textured protrusions that extend upward from the web between adjacent elongate cleats. The textured protrusions protrude upward from the base web a distance sufficient to catch and hold grain rolling downhill in a direction perpendicular to the direction of travel of the feeding track and extend over substantially the entire width of the base web. A center feeding track configured to receive the cut agricultural product from the set of laterally extending feeding tracks and guide the agricultural product into a body of an agricultural harvester.
GRAIN HARVESTING IMPLEMENT
This Application for a Patent of Invention refers to an implement intended for harvesting and/or gathering farm produce, that is used together with a self-propelled agricultural machine, more specifically a grain harvester, in order to provide driving power for its crop processing systems. The invention is noteworthy for the fact that a top roller (11) is positioned at the rear end of each conveyor belt (1) whereby, internally and concentrically thereto, the supports (9) move in a continuous rotating movement with the slats (10); the conveyor belt (1) has electronic means for adjusting the speeds of the machine and the belts, varying electronically between these magnitudes according to the proportionality parameter; in addition to also regulating the height of the conveyor belt (1B) through electronic means and a pivoting device (26); the set of conveyor belts (1) may also be articulated into a transportation position.
Harvesting Machine
A harvesting machine including: a harvesting part 4 that is provided forward of a machine body, and harvests crops in a farm field; and a plurality of crop sensors that are provided in the harvesting part at intervals in a left-right direction, and detect the presence of crops upon coming into contact with the crops. The harvesting machine may also include: a harvesting width detector that detects a harvesting width corresponding to crops harvested through harvesting work that has actually been performed, included in a workable width within which harvesting work can be performed by the harvesting part 4; and a travel transmission unit that changes the travel speed of the machine body. The harvesting machine may also include a speed controller that shifts the travel transmission unit to a lower speed as the harvesting width increases, and shifts the travel transmission unit to a higher speed as the harvesting width decreases, based on the result of detection performed by the harvesting width detector.
Agricultural harvesting head with float arm pivots below reciprocating knives
An agricultural harvesting head includes a laterally extending frame with several spaced apart float arms pivotally coupled to the frame at their rear ends, and a reciprocating knife fixed to the forward ends of the float arms, wherein the float arms are constrained to pivot with respect to the frame about pivot points that are lower than the reciprocating knife.
Agricultural header
A header has a middle section disposed on a main frame and at least two side sections disposed adjacent to the middle section, a cutterbar extending substantially across the width of the header, and at least one conveyor device which conveys crop cut by the cutterbar laterally in the direction of the middle section. The conveyor device has a central conveyor including an endlessly circulating, endless conveyor belt which is guided around two rollers disposed on two support elements extending in parallel to the conveyance direction and are each mounted on bearing points provided on the support elements. The support elements each have a guide recess and in which one of the rollers is displaceable so that the conveyor belt can be transferred from an operating position, in which the conveyor belt is tensioned, into a maintenance position, in which the conveyor belt sags, in sections, in the vertical direction.
Draper belt roller support
A roller support for draper belt supporting rollers of a harvester header may include a base, a first post extending from the base in a direction to support a first roller, a second post extending from the base in the direction to support a second roller, an arm extending from the base in the direction between the first post and the second post and a wear structure supported by and immovable relative to the arm. The wear structure may have a wear surface facing downwardly.
FEEDER DEVICE
The feeder device located at the centre section of a front of a harvester. The feeder device comprises one or more flights configured for improving operation of the feeder device. The feeder device comprises a shaft including a plurality of flights. They extend substantially along the entire length of the shaft and are arranged in a spaced apart relationship with respect to each other. In this manner, a threaded-like formation defined by the spaced apart arrangement of flights extends substantially along the entire length of the shaft of the feeder device.
COMBINE HEADER WITH FEED ASSIST BULKY CROP AUGER ON A DRAPER PLATFORM
A harvesting assembly for harvesting a crop including a cutting knife configured to provide cut crop and a draper platform including a first side draper and a second side draper. A crop auger assembly includes a first auger disposed at the first side draper and a second auger disposed at the second side draper, wherein the first auger and the second auger each include a cylinder having a surface, a flight extending from the surface, and a plurality of fingers extending from the surface and beyond an exposed edge of the flight, wherein the crop auger rotates about an auger axis. A feed drum is disposed at a center draper wherein the feed drum includes a plurality of fingers.
Harvester Reel Anti-Wrap Baffle
A reel assembly (200) for a header of a combine harvester is provided. The reel is guided by a cam assembly (300). A baffle (408) is provided to the reel assembly (200) and incorporated into the cam assembly (300) to deflect crop material away from the cam assembly.
