AIRBAG SYSTEM FOR A HARVESTER HEADER
A header of a harvester includes a cutter bar assembly, a side deck, and an airbag. The side deck includes a conveyor and an arm assembly. The cutter bar assembly is configured to cut crops, and the conveyor is configured to transport the crops cut by the cutter bar assembly toward a center of the header. The arm assembly is coupled to the cutter bar assembly and to the at least one airbag. The arm assembly is configured to pivot to enable the cutter bar assembly to flex along a lateral axis of the header. The airbag is configured to apply a substantially constant force to the at least one arm assembly.
Loss catch and recirculation system for draper head
Example draper heads may include an endless belt conveyor and a catch pan disposed adjacent to the endless belt conveyor to collect crop material and defining a uniform gap formed between at least a portion of the catch pan and a portion of an endless belt of the endless belt conveyor located adjacent to the catch pan. A cleat formed on the endless belt cooperates with the catch pan to transport the collected crop material onto the endless belt. The catch pan may include a contoured end that conforms to a shape formed by the endless belt at an end of the endless belt conveyor.
HARVESTER HEADER WITH LATERAL BELT ROLLER MOUNT
A header system is provided. The headers system includes a conveyor belt and a belt roller assembly comprising a belt roller configured to contact the conveyor belt and to rotate about an axis during movement of the conveyor belt. The header system further includes a belt roller assembly mount configured to secure the belt roller on the header system, wherein the belt roller mount assembly comprises a first mounting member configured to secure the belt roller to an infeed deck frame included in the header system.
DRAPER HEADER WITH TENSION DRAPER TRACK ASSEMBLY
A draper header for harvesting agricultural crops includes a tension draper track assembly for supporting a return run of a draper belt. The draper header includes a header frame with first and second support legs, and the draper belt extends across the first and second support legs for transporting harvested agricultural crops. The tension draper track assembly is operatively coupled between the first and second support legs and includes an elongated draper track. The elongated draper track is secured to one of the first and second support legs and includes a tensioning mechanism coupled to the other of the first and second support legs for tensioning the elongated draper track across the first and second support legs for supporting the return run of the draper belt. The elongated draper track may also be coated in a low-friction material to reduce friction and wear on the return run of the draper belt.
Header float system for use with an agricultural windrower or combine
A header for an agricultural vehicle, and an agricultural vehicle having the header. The header includes a center section extending in a lateral direction, a wing section movably connected at a lateral end of the center section and extending in the lateral direction from the center section, a ground support attached to and extending in a downward direction from the wing section, and a resilient support operatively connected to the wing section and the ground support. The resilient support is configured to generate an adjustable predetermined force to bias the ground support in the downward direction.
FEEDER DEVICE FOR A DRAPER HEADER
The feeder device located at the centre section of a front of a harvester. The feeder device comprises one or more flights configured for improving operation of the feeder device. The feeder device comprises a shaft including a plurality of flights. They extend substantially along the entire length of the shaft and are arranged in a spaced apart relationship with respect to each other. In this manner, a threaded-like formation defined by the spaced apart arrangement of flights extends substantially along the entire length of the shaft of the feeder device.
Harvesting machine with crop detection and harvesting width detection
A harvesting machine includes a harvesting part provided forward of a machine body, and harvests crops in a farm field; and a plurality of crop sensors provided in the harvesting part at intervals in a left-right direction, and detect the presence of crops upon coming into contact with the crops. The harvesting machine may also include a harvesting width detector that detects a harvesting width corresponding to crops harvested through harvesting work that has actually been performed, included in a workable width within which harvesting work can be performed by the harvesting part; and a travel transmission unit that changes the travel speed of the machine body. The harvesting machine may also include a speed controller that shifts the travel transmission unit to a lower speed as the harvesting width increases, and shifts the travel transmission unit to a higher speed as the harvesting width decreases.
Header for an agricultural harvester having a draper seal
A header for an agricultural harvester including a draper frame. A conveyor having a fore end and an aft end is supported by the draper frame and a draper seal is adjustably attached to the draper frame adjacent the fore end of the conveyor. The draper seal covers a bead seal at the fore end of the conveyor and extends substantially along the width of the fore end of the conveyor. The draper seal includes a first portion attached to the draper frame, a second portion extending forwardly from the first portion, a third portion extending upwardly from the second portion, and a fourth portion extending rearwardly from the third portion. The second, third and fourth portions surround and cover the conveyor bead seal.
Harvest header with adjustable transverse conveyor screw
A harvest header for a harvesting machine includes a carrying frame, a mechanism for receiving or cutting harvest material from a field, a control device, a power-operated actuator operably controlled by the control device, and a transverse conveyor screw movably controlled between two or more positions. The position of the transverse conveyor screw is adjustably controlled by the actuator in order to transport the harvest material to a discharge opening. The control device independently controls the actuator based on at least one harvest material property.
Agricultural header with debris removal system
An agricultural header including a belt that wraps around rollers. A cutter bar assembly that cuts a crop and delivers the crop to the belt. The cutter bar assembly includes a cutter bar, a stationary blade assembly that couples to the cutter bar, a moving blade assembly that couples to the cutter bar. The moving blade assembly moves relative to the stationary blade assembly to cut the crop. A skid couples to the cutter bar and maintains a distance between the ground and the stationary blade assembly and the moving blade assembly. The cutter bar defines a recess that receives debris from the belt and directs the debris to the skid.
