The respective screw conveyor (21) is conical or cone shaped, such that an envelope surface (24) of the spiral conveying elements (23) subtends a cone, which expands in conical or cone-shaped manner looking in the transverse conveying direction.

AGRICULTURAL HEADER WITH INTER-FRAME FLEXIBLE SEAL

An agricultural header comprises a first frame, a second frame, an endless side draper belt supported by the first frame, an endless center draper belt positioned in register with the side draper belt to receive cut crop laterally therefrom, an inter-frame flexible seal coupled to the first frame and the second frame. The first frame is coupled for movement relative to the second frame. The flexible seal underlies the side draper belt to receive cut crop that falls from the side draper belt and is arranged relative to the center draper belt to guide fallen crop toward the center draper belt. The flexible seal is configured to flex to accommodate movement of the first frame relative to the second frame.

Active backsheet for a grain header

An agricultural vehicle header includes a frame, a front conveyor, and a rear conveyor. The frame extends in a lateral direction from a first end to a second end and has a leading edge, and a feeder housing opening positioned behind the leading edge with respect to a forward direction. The front conveyor is attached to the frame behind the leading edge with respect to the forward direction, and includes a front movable surface configured to move an adjacent portion of crop material towards the feeder housing opening. The rear conveyor is attached to the frame behind the front conveyor, and has a rear belt having an operative surface that faces in the forward direction and is configured to move an adjacent portion of crop material towards the feeder housing opening.

Device for conveying and feeding wet material for cross-flow hot air combine harvester

A device for conveying and feeding wet material for a cross-flow hot air combine harvester, the device consisting of a hot air pumping part and a material conveying part. The hot air pumping part uses an air suction pump (4) to pump a flow of hot waste air from an engine radiator (1) of the combine harvester by means of an air suction pipeline (3) so as to provide hot air flow for the material conveying and feeding device. The material conveying part consists of a chain harrow-type conveying groove structure (A) and a cross-flow air chamber structure (B), wherein the chain harrow-type conveying groove structure (A) is used for forcibly conveying and feeding a material; and the cross-flow air chamber structure (B) uses hot air to dry the material, blows to assist in feeding the material, and uses a cross-flow air wheel (14) to forcibly feed the material.

Tined-tube auger

A combine comprising a feeder housing, and an auger for receiving harvested crop. The auger includes an auger tube rotatable around an auger axis, and a tined-tube positioned inside the auger tube and rotatable around a tined-tube axis that is offset from the auger axis, the tined-tube including fingers extending from the tined-tube and protruding through the auger tube to convey the harvested crop to the feeder housing.

Draper belt tensioning system
11273990 · 2022-03-15 · ·

A draper belt tensioning system having a frame having a first tensioner mount, a roller, and a first belt tensioner. The roller is movable along a lateral direction that is perpendicular to a roller rotation axis. The first belt tensioner is connected to the first roller end and selectively connectable to the first tensioner mount. The first belt tensioner includes a first travel stop configured to selectively abut the first tensioner mount with the first tensioner mount between the first travel stop and the first roller end, a first spring, and a first threaded connector configured to move the first roller end closer to and further from the first travel stop upon rotation of the threaded connector. The first travel stop, first spring and first threaded connector are removable from the first tensioner mount without disassembly from each other and without disassembly from the first roller end.

Reversible compression auger on harvesting header

A system and method for reversing a rotational direction of an auger of a header. The system includes a fluid line for delivering fluid to a motor that drives the auger. A directional flow control valve is connected to the fluid line and is movable between a first state in which the valve is configured to deliver the fluid to the motor in a first fluid direction to cause the motor to move the auger in a first rotational direction, and a second state in which the valve is configured to deliver the fluid to the motor in a second fluid direction that is different from the first fluid direction to cause the motor to move the auger in a second rotational direction that is opposite to the first rotational direction.

Draper belt assembly for an agricultural harvester

A draper belt assembly for an agricultural harvester that includes a first roller, a second roller, and a draper belt surrounding the first and second rollers. The draper belt includes a front end, a rear end opposite the front end, and an upper surface extending from the front end to the rear end having a width substantially parallel to a longitudinal axis of one of the first and second rollers. The draper belt further includes a plurality of spaced apart lugs each extending in the widthwise direction having an anterior end distal to the rear end and a posterior end proximal to the rear end, wherein the anterior end is spaced from the front end of the draper belt at least about 15 mm.

Belting with longitudinal cogs
