The invention provides antibodies which bind to LY75. Nucleic acid molecules encoding the antibodies, expression vectors, host cells and methods for expressing the antibodies are also provided. The antibodies may be used for the treatment of cancer, including pancreatic cancer, ovarian cancer, breast cancer, colorectal cancer, esophageal cancer, skin cancer, thyroid cancer, lung cancer, bladder cancer, multiple myeloma and lymphoma.
COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS FOR THE DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF TUMOR
The present invention is directed to compositions of matter useful for the diagnosis and treatment of tumor in mammals and to methods of using those compositions of matter for the same.
CEACAM5 ANTIBODY-DRUG CONJUGATE FORMULATION
Provided are stabilized formulations of the human carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 5 (hCEACAM5)-targeted antibody-drug conjugate huMAb2-3-SPDB-DM4, as well as methods for making and using same.
ANTIBODIES AND ENONOMERS
The subject invention provides a composition comprising an enomomer which comprises a) a carrier molecule, and b) at least one aptamer, wherein the carrier molecule is an antibody, an antigen-binding moiety, a serum protein, an intracellular protein, a messenger RNA (mRNA) or human serum albumin.
Splicing modulator antibody-drug conjugates and methods of use
Linker-drug compounds and antibody-drug conjugates that bind to human oncology targets are disclosed. The linker-drug compounds and antibody-drug conjugates comprise a splicing modulator drug moiety. The disclosure further relates to methods and compositions for use in the treatment of neoplastic disorders by administering the antibody-drug conjugates provided herein. In an embodiment, the splicing modulator comprises a pladienolide or a pladienolide derivative.
Binding molecules specific for HER3 and uses thereof
Provided herein are antibodies and antigen binding fragments thereof that bind the extracellular domain of the HER3 receptor and inhibit various HER3 receptor related functions via ligand-dependent and/or ligand-independent mechanisms. Also provided are compositions with increased half-life, as well as compositions and methods for diagnosing and treating diseases associated with HER3 mediated signal transduction.
Saponin Conjugates
The current invention relates to an effector moiety capable of inducing an intracellular effect when present inside a mammalian cell, the effector moiety comprising a payload conjugated with at least one saponin. The invention also relates to an antibody-drug conjugate comprising the effector moiety according to the invention, or a ligand-drug conjugate comprising the effector moiety of the invention, the effector moiety comprising covalently coupled saponin. The invention also relates to a therapeutic combination comprising: (a) the effector moiety of the invention, comprising at least one saponin, and optionally a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient; and (b) an antibody-drug conjugate or a ligand-drug conjugate, and optionally a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. Further, the invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising the effector moiety of the invention or the antibody-drug conjugate of the invention or the ligand-drug conjugate of the invention, comprising at least one saponin covalently linked to the effector molecule, and optionally a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. The invention also relates to the effector moiety of the invention or the antibody-drug conjugate of the invention or the therapeutic combination of the invention or the ligand-drug conjugate of the invention or the pharmaceutical composition of the invention, for use as a medicament. Finally, the invention also relates to the effector moiety of the invention or the antibody-drug conjugate of the invention or the therapeutic combination of the invention or the ligand-drug conjugate of the invention or the pharmaceutical composition of the invention, for use in the treatment or prevention of a cancer or an autoimmune disease.
