LOW MOLECULAR WEIGHT AND POLYAMIDOAMINE (PAMAM) DENDRIMER BASED PSMA-SPECIFIC DUAL CONTRAST AGENTS FOR OPTICAL AND PHOTOACOUSTIC IMAGING AND THERANOSTIC AGENTS FOR TREATING PROSTATE CANCER
Poly(amidoamine) [PAMAM] dendrimers for use as PSMA-targeted contrast agents for optical and photoacoustic imaging (PA) and theranostic agents for treating prostate cancer are disclosed.
Ultrafine nanoparticles as multimodal contrast agent
The invention relates to a novel use of ultrafine nanoparticles, of use as a diagnostic, therapeutic or theranostic agent, characterized by their mode of administration via the airways. The invention is also directed toward the applications which follow from this novel mode of administration, in particular for imaging the lungs, and the diagnosis or prognosis of pathological pulmonary conditions. In the therapeutic field, the applications envisioned are those of radiosensitizing or radioactive agents for radiotherapy (and optionally curietherapy), or for neutron therapy, or of agents for PDT (photodynamic therapy), in particular for the treatment of lung tumors.
SYNTHESIS AND COMPOSITION OF AMINO ACID LINKING GROUPS CONJUGATED TO COMPOUNDS USED FOR THE TARGETED IMAGING OF TUMORS
The present disclosure relates to compounds that are useful as near-infrared fluorescence probes, wherein the compounds include i) a pteroyl ligand that binds to a target receptor protein, ii) a dye molecule, and iii) a linker molecule that comprises an amino acid or derivative thereof. The disclosure further describes methods and compositions for incorporating the compounds as used for the targeted imaging of tumors. Conjugation of the amino acid linking groups increase specificity and detection of the compound. Methods and compositions for use thereof in diagnostic imaging are contemplated.
Anti-CD8 antibodies and uses thereof
Anti-CD8 antibodies, radiolabeled anti-CD8 antibodies, fluorescently labeled anti-CD8 antibodies and their use in imaging are provided herein. Included are methods of detecting the presence of CD8 proteins in a subject or sample.
NEAR-INFRARED FLUORESCENT CONTRAST BIOIMAGING AGENTS AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF
The instant invention provides near-infrared fluorescent biological contrast agents and methods of using them.
RENAL CLEARABLE FLUORESCENT CONTRAST AGENT WITH INCREASED TUMOR SPECIFICITY, AND IMAGING METHOD USING SAME
The present invention relates to a tumor-specific fluorescence contrast agent. Specifically, the present invention relates to: a renal excretion-type fluorescence contrast agent which can exhibit a high signal-to-background ratio when optically observing tumor tissues and cells using a fluorescence imaging device for image-guided surgery; and an imaging method using the same.
EFFECTIVE INTRANASAL DELIVERY TO BRAIN
The present invention relates to a technique for effective intranasal delivery to the brain. More specifically, the present invention is used for diagnosing, preventing or treating central nervous system encephalopathy, neurodegenerative diseases or brain tumor by effectively delivering to the brain a pH-responsive and bioreducible PPA polymer, which can be used as a drug carrier, by means of nasal administration.
SPECIFIC CONJUGATION LINKERS, SPECIFIC IMMUNOCONJUGATES THEREOF, METHODS OF MAKING AND USES SUCH CONJUGATES THEREOF
The present invention relates to novel linkers containing a 2,3-disubstituted succinic group, or 2-monosubstituted, or 2,3-disubstituted fumaric or maleic (trans (E)- or cis (Z)-butenedioic), or acetylenedicarboxyl group for conjugation of a cytotoxic agent, and/or one or more different functional molecules per linker to a cell-binding molecule, through bridge linking pairs of thiols on the cell-binding molecule specifically. The invention also relates to methods of making such linkers, and of using such linkers in making homogeneous conjugates, as well as of application of the conjugates in treatment of cancers, infections and autoimmune disorders.
FOLATE RECEPTOR TARGETED NANOPARTICLE DRUG CONJUGATES AND USES THEREOF
The disclosure relates to nanoparticle drug conjugates (NDC) that comprise ultrasmall nanoparticles, folate receptor (FR) targeting ligands, and linker-drug conjugates, and methods of making and using them to treat cancer.
FAP-TARGETED RADIOPHARMACEUTICALS AND IMAGING AGENTS, AND USES RELATED THERETO
The tumor stroma, which accounts for a large part of the tumor mass, represents an attractive target for the delivery of diagnostic and therapeutic compounds. Here, the focus is notably on a subpopulation of stromal cells, known as cancer-associated fibroblasts, which are present in more than 90% of epithelial carcinomas, including pancreatic, colon, and breast cancer. Cancer-associated fibroblasts feature high expression of FAP, which is not detectable in adult normal tissue but is associated with a poor prognosis in cancer patients. The present invention provides small-molecule radiopharmaceutical and imaging agents based on a FAP-specific inhibitor.
