Rhodamine dyes and conjugates
The present invention relates generally to novel rhodamine dyes which upon conjugation with another molecule form single isomeric conjugation products. These novel rhodamine dyes contain only one single functional group on the rhodomine molecule for conjugation so that their conjugation products are single isomeric conjugation products.
THERANOSTIC SYSTEM FOR DIRECTED DIFFUSION OF THERAPEUTIC AND IMAGING AGENTS TO CANCER CELLS
The invention relates to a multifunctional system stable in a physiological medium, which includes in the same platform an anti-carcinogenic molecule, an imaging agent and a directing molecule that interacts specifically with cancer-cell membrane receptors, the system allowing pathological tissue imaging and pharmacological action to be carried out jointly with high specificity. The intratumoral administration of the system facilitates selective diffusion to cancer cells and minimises the disadvantages of chemotherapy.
AMPHIPHILIC POLYMER SYSTEMS
The preparation of poly-2-oxazoline amphiphilic polymers and copolymers is described. Self-assembled particles comprising these amphiphilic polymers and which are useful for the targeted delivery of therapeutic and diagnostic agents are also described.
Methods and compositions for altering photophysical properties of fluorophores via proximal quenching
The invention is directed to fluorophore-containing compositions and configurations wherein proximity between the fluorophore and one or more protective agents (PAs) modifies the lifetime of fluorescent and/or dark states, their frequency of occurrence, and the total lifetime of fluorescence in order to appropriately modify the photophysical characteristics of the fluorophore. The invention is also directed to methods that utilize these compositions and configurations.
CYCLIC PEPTIDES AS PROTEIN TARGETING AGENTS
Peptides having activity as protein binding agents are disclosed. The peptides have the following structure (I):
##STR00001##
including stereoisomers, pharmaceutically acceptable salts and prodrugs thereof, wherein R, R.sup.1, L.sup.1, L.sup.2, G, M, Y.sup.1 Y.sup.2 and SEQ are as defined herein. Methods associated with preparation and use of such peptides, as well as pharmaceutical compositions comprising such peptides, are also disclosed.
CELL PENETRATING PEPTIDES AND METHODS OF MAKING AND USING THEREOF
Disclosed herein are compounds having activity as cell penetrating peptides. In some examples, the compounds can comprise a cell penetrating peptide moiety and a cargo moiety. The cargo moiety can comprise one or more detectable moieties, one or more therapeutic moieties, one or more targeting moieties, or any combination thereof. In some examples, the cell penetrating peptide moiety is cyclic. In some examples, the cell penetrating peptide moiety and cargo moiety together are cyclic. In some examples, the cell penetrating peptide moiety is cyclic and the cargo moiety is appended to the cyclic cell penetrating peptide moiety structure. In some examples, the cargo moiety is cyclic and the cell penetrating peptide moiety is cyclic, and together they form a fused bicyclic system.
Hydrazinyl-indole compounds and methods for producing a conjugate
The present disclosure provides conjugate structures (e.g., polypeptide conjugates) and hydrazinyl-indole compounds used to produce these conjugates. The disclosure also provides methods of production of such conjugates, as well as methods of using the same.
Heteromultivalent particle compositions
A composition for use in diagnostic and therapeutic applications includes a heteromultivalent nanoparticle or microparticle having an outer surface and a plurality of targeting moieties conjugated to the surface of the nanoparticle or microparticle, the targeting moieties includes a first activated platelet targeting moiety and a second activated platelet targeting moiety.
PSMA binding ligand-linker conjugates and methods for using
Described herein are prostate specific membrane antigen (PSMA) binding conjugates that are useful for delivering therapeutic, diagnostic and imaging agents. Also described herein are pharmaceutical composition containing them and methods of using the conjugates and compositions. Also described are processes for manufacture of the conjugates and the compositions containing them.
NEW SCAFFOLDS AND MULTIFUNCTIONAL INTERMEDIATES FOR IMAGING PSMA AND CANCER THERAPY
Carbamate and beta-amino acid urea-based scaffolds that have high binding affinity to PSMA are disclosed. These scaffolds can be radiolabeled and used for imaging cells and tumors that express PSMA or for cancer radiotherapy. These compounds also can comprise a fluorescent dye and be used for imaging cells and tumors that express PSMA or for photodynamic therapy.
