CANNULAS FOR SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DELIVERING MICRODOSES OF MEDICATION
Devices, systems, and methods are provided herein for delivering medication (e.g., insulin) via a wearable pump having a patch-style form factor for adhesion to a user's body. The reusable pump may be coupled to a disposable cap housing a microdosing system for delivering precise, repeatable doses of medication to a cannula configured to deliver medication to a target infusion area beneath the user's outer skin layer. The system further may include an applicator for inserting the cannula into the user's skin and/or applying an adhesive pad to the skin.

PRE-FILLED CARTRIDGE-BASED DRUG DELIVERY DEVICE
A wearable drug delivery device that can deliver a liquid drug stored in a container to a patient is provided. The container can be a prefilled cartridge that can be loaded into the drug delivery device by the patient or that can be preloaded within the drug delivery device when provided to the patient. A sealed end of the container is pierced to couple the stored liquid drug to a needle conduit that is coupled to a needle insertion component that provides access to the patient. A drive system of the drug delivery device can expel the liquid drug from the cartridge to the patient through the needle conduit. The drive system can be controlled to provide the liquid drug to the patient in a single dose or over multiple doses.
End-of-Dose Detection for Drug Delivery System
A drug delivery system having an end-of-dose detection arrangement for injecting a medicament. The system including a container configured to receive a medicament, a drive assembly which, upon actuation, is configured to expel the medicament from the container, a needle for injecting the medicament to a patient, a needle actuator assembly comprising a movable portion biased by a biasing member and configured to move the needle between a pre-use position, a use positon for delivery of the medicament to the patient, and a post-use position after delivery of the medicament is completed, and a tube in fluid communication with the container and the needle, the tube comprising an expandable portion having an expanded state and a non-expanded state, wherein the expandable portion is configured to be in the expanded state upon actuation of the drive assembly and a non-expanded state when the needle is in the post-use positon.
FORCE CONTAINMENT IN AN AUTOMATIC INJECTOR
A method of connecting a cartridge having a connection feature to an automatic injector is described. The cartridge, while mechanically coupled with a plunger driver, is arranged into a receiving frame of the automatic injector. The cartridge is slid until reaching a distal stop. The connection feature is linked to an interference element of the receiving frame. The connection feature is slid, such that disconnection of the cartridge is inhibited. Forces generated by the plunger driver on the cartridge through the receiving frame are contained, thereby immobilizing the cartridge with respect to the automatic injector.
Spacer Assembly for Drug Delivery Device
A drive assembly for a drug delivery system including a plunger member configured to engage and move a stopper within a container, a biasing member configured to move the plunger member, and an adjustable spacer assembly positioned between the plunger member and the stopper. The spacer assembly includes a spacer element attached to the stopper and at least one shim or includes a spacer element and a holder to which the spacer element is attached. The holder may be attached to the stopper and the spacer element may be attached to the holder by a threaded engagement. Also, a drug delivery system for injecting a medicament, the system including a container configured to receive a medicament, the container comprising a stopper configured to move within the container and a closure, a drive assembly as described above, and a needle actuator assembly.
MEDICAL FLUID INJECTION APPARATUS AND METHOD WITH DETACHABLE PATCH AND MONITORING
Provided herein are systems and methods for monitoring one or more health or physiological parameters in a subject. The systems and methods may comprise a patch coupled to an injector. Data may be transmitted to a mobile device or remote server, where the data may be processed. Processed data may be used to inform a subject on a health or physiological condition.
MICROINFUSER WITH AUTOMATIC NEEDLE RETRACTION
A device for delivering a fluid includes a housing defining an interior space and having a bottom surface configured for contacting a patient. The bottom surface defines a needle opening. The device also includes a reservoir disposed within the interior space of the housing for containing a fluid therein, a needle carrier disposed within the housing, and an injection needle supported by the needle carrier and defining a lumen. The lumen of the injection needle is configured to be placed in fluid communication with the reservoir. The injection needle is transitionable from an initial position in which the injection needle is disposed within the housing, to a use position in which the injection needle extends through the needle opening, and a substantially shielded position in which the injection needle is disposed within the housing and the lumen of the needle is blocked by a portion of the housing.
Medicament delivery device
A medicament delivery device (100) for delivery of medicament from a container (12) into an injection site through a cannula (16). The device comprises a chassis (106), a drive mechanism (400) for driving a piston member (22) along a container axis (A) to expel the medicament through the cannula (16), and a carriage (200) for retaining the container (12), the cannula (16) and the drive mechanism (400). An insertion mechanism (70, 120, 130, 504) is provided for moving the carriage (200) in an insertion direction (H) relative to the chassis (106), and a cannula bending mechanism (300) is provided for bending the cannula (16) about a bending axis (B) to substantially align at least an end part of the cannula (16) with the insertion direction (H) prior to movement of the carriage (200) in the insertion direction (H).
