BI-FOLD FURNITURE
A folding furnishing apparatus includes first members that support at least one flexible panel in a set-up configuration; second members that support the plurality of first members; first joints that connect the plurality of first members and that in the set-up configuration define mutually skewed axes about which the furnishing cannot be folded, thus locking the first members in extended positions; and second joints that connect the second members to the first members. The second joints in the set-up configuration define mutually parallel axes about which the second members can be folded to a mutually nested configuration. The first joints in the mutually nested configuration then define mutually parallel axes about which the first members can be folded to a collapsed configuration.

Compact furniture
Furniture such as a cot, table, or chair is provided that uses shock-corded poles in combination with one or many torsion spring mechanisms to achieve a compact pack size. Alternatively, central hubs may be used in lieu of the spring mechanisms. The furniture maintains its usefulness by assembling to a size comparable with conventional full-sized furniture. One or many torsion springs associated with the furniture allow a user to easily achieve tension over desired elements of the furniture while reducing user exertion.
RETRACTABLE TABLE STRUCTURE
A table structure includes a table top structured to be configurable to a retracted configuration and to a fully deployed configuration for use. At least one shape memory material (SMM) member is operably connected to the table top such that energization of the SMM member configures the table top to the fully deployed configuration and de-energization of the at least one SMM member enables configuration of the table top the retracted configuration. The table structure may be incorporated into a wall of a vehicle as an optional, retractable accessory.

PORTABLE STORAGE ASSEMBLY
The present invention is directed to a portable storage assembly including a plurality of poles, a support attachable to each of the poles and a storage container mountable to the support; wherein in use the poles are positioned to intersect forming an apex in an upper section and a wide base in a lower section, the storage container is positionable within the space defined by the poles in the lower section.

A CAMPING TABLE
A camping table (1), comprising: a plurality of interconnected sections (2) each having at least one substantially flat face, configurable between a usage position where the sections (2) are arranged side-to-side with the flat faces forming a substantially planar upper surface capable of supporting at least one item placed thereon, and a compact storage position. The table further comprising a support means (3) configured in use to support the sections (2) above ground level in the usage position. The support means (3) located in use at or towards opposed sides of the upper surface and further configured so that at least one of the opposed sides is suspendedly supported.
