Combine Harvester

A combine harvester is provided with: a threshing device that performs a threshing process of threshing a crop; a grain tank that stores grain obtained by the threshing process; a grain discharging device that discharges grain to be stored in the grain tank to the outside of the vehicle body; a travel driving device that drives travel of the vehicle body; and an engine that serves as a power source. The combine harvester includes a first relay shaft to which power is transmitted from an output shaft of the engine, and the power of the engine is transmitted from the first relay shaft to the grain discharging device and the travel driving device in a branched manner.

Combine harvester including a feeder house with a lower deflection roller

A combine harvester includes a load-bearing undercarriage movable via a drivable device engaged in the ground, a threshing and separating device attached to the load-bearing undercarriage, and a feeder house attached to the load-bearing undercarriage. The feeder house includes an endless traction mechanism which circulates about a vertically movable lower deflection roller and a drivable upper deflection roller. A harvesting attachment is coupled to the feeder house for receiving or cutting off harvested crops which are lying or standing upright on a field and which are able to be supplied via the feeder house to the threshing and separating device. An actuator is actuated by an external force arranged for adjusting the vertical position of the lower deflection roller and is connected to a control device which is coupled to a sensor for determining a throughput by a transmission of a signal.

Combine Harvesters For Use In Harvesting Corn, And Related Methods

Combine harvesters are provided for use in harvesting seed corn from corn plants in fields. In connection therewith, a method for producing such seed corn from the corn plants, for use in growing subsequent corn plants, includes measuring a moisture content of corn kernels on ears of the corn plants in the field and removing, by one of the combine harvesters, the ears of corn from the corn plants when the moisture content satisfies a threshold moisture content. The method then includes separating the corn kernels from cobs of the ears of corn onboard the combine harvester and collecting the separated corn kernels for use as seed corn, whereby one or more subsequent corn plants can be grown from the collected corn kernels.

ELECTRONIC SOIL COPING SYSTEM APPLIED TO A GRAIN HARVESTING PLATFORM

Electronic soil coping system applied to a grain harvesting platform, able to adjust working height parameters during the collection process, adapting itself to soil irregularities and to those generated by uprooting, increasing the efficiency and reducing loss, enabling to combine belt collection at any time, individually, in pairs, or all of them jointly, generating different physical states, which will vary according to the number of belts of the device, also allowing the platform to perform tailpieces at street ends, not collecting undesired materials, and also allowing to increase the width of collection belts.

PRE-PROCESSING OF SUGAR CANE

A system for infield collection of substantially whole cane and delivering that cane to a mill via a trash separator and a washer. A harvester collects whole cane and throws billeted cane along with trash into an infield transporter which then transports this to a centralised trash separator. The trash separator may service any number of infield transporters and may be located at a mill or a centralised location so that output from the trash separator may pass on to a conveyor. Billets are then fed to a washer. The washing liquid from downstream process may be used in the washer. Mud and dirt is removed from the billets in return liquid which then passes to a mud removal unit. This juice is returned to the downstream process. Wash liquid may also be collected via an outlet conveyor. A modular harvester, a trash separator and a washer are also described.

APPARATUS AND PROCESS FOR HARVESTING CANNABIS/HEMP MATERIALS

An apparatus has a trailer with one or more wheels and a connector that connects the trailer to an automotive machine that mobilizes the trailer from a first position to a second position within a field of one or more plants. Further, the apparatus has a branch trimming device operably positioned on the trailer. Additionally, the apparatus has a conveyer belt operably positioned on the trailer. The conveyer belt receives a trimmed plant that has one or more branches trimmed off by the branch trimming device. The apparatus also has one more cutting devices. Finally, the apparatus has a tumbler that receives the trimmed plant from the conveyer belt and rotates with respect to the one or more cutting devices to cut the trimmed plant into the one or more buds. A bottom portion of the tumbler is positioned in proximity to the one or more cutting devices.

DEVICE FOR CONVEYING AND FEEDING WET MATERIAL FOR CROSS-FLOW HOT AIR COMBINE HARVESTER
20210137008 · 2021-05-13 ·

A device for conveying and feeding wet material for a cross-flow hot air combine harvester, the device consisting of a hot air pumping part and a material conveying part. The hot air pumping part uses an air suction pump (4) to pump a flow of hot waste air from an engine radiator (1) of the combine harvester by means of an air suction pipeline (3) so as to provide hot air flow for the material conveying and feeding device. The material conveying part consists of a chain harrow-type conveying groove structure (A) and a cross-flow air chamber structure (B), wherein the chain harrow-type conveying groove structure (A) is located at an upper part of the cross-flow air chamber structure (B) and is used for forcibly conveying and feeding a material; and the cross-flow air chamber structure (B) uses hot air to dry the material, blows to assist in feeding the material, and uses a cross-flow air wheel (14) to forcibly feed the material. By using excess heat that is generated by the engine of the combine harvester to perform auxiliary blowing and drying during the process of conveying and feeding a wet material, the feeding device may lower the temperature of the engine and reduce the effects of heat radiation and ageing that high temperatures have on surrounding devices, and may lower the water content of a wet agricultural material, thus preventing blockages produced because of moisture.
