Tonneau cover with integral table and benches
A vehicle tonneau cover includes a first tonneau cover portion and a second tonneau cover portion positioned opposite the first tonneau cover portion. A connecting structure connects the first cover portion with the second cover portion. A third tonneau cover portion is coupled to the connecting structure so as to be securable in a first position to form a first configuration of the cover, and in a second position to form a second configuration of the cover. In the first configuration, the third cover portion resides between the first and second cover portions. In the second configuration, the third cover portion is spaced apart from the first and second cover portions so as to form a first gap between the third cover portion and the first cover portion and a second gap between the third cover portion and the second cover portion.
Personal device carrier and a passenger seat
A personal device carrier for a passenger seat. The personal device carrier has a backing plate integrated into a backside of the passenger seat and a folding tray assembly with a base adjustably coupled to the backing plate for vertical movement of the folding tray assembly relative to the backing plate. The folding tray assembly includes a tray rotationally mounted to the base and movable between a generally vertical stowed position and a generally horizontal deployed position for holding a personal device.
FOLDABLE CHAIR AND FOLDABLE TABLE
A foldable chair, comprising a seat portion and a telescopic side wall includes rings of varying diameters consecutively arranged. A topmost ring is mounted to a bottom surface of the seat portion and has a smallest diameter. A bottommost ring has a largest diameter. In deployed position, the telescopic side wall is opened or partially folded to set and lock a desired height of the chair. In fully retracted position all of the rings are disposed adjacent the bottom surface of the seat portion. Each ring is an integral unit configured with a locking arrangement that selectively locks it to an adjacent ring. In some embodiments, a security lock centrally disposed along a height of the chair substantially perpendicular to the varying diameters of the rings secures the locking arrangement. A table uses the foldable chair as a leg and can store several, for example four, foldable chairs.

Seating device having a support member
A stool having a seat, a lower support member or support, and a post is described. The lower support member contacts the seat adjacent all or a portion of the periphery of the seat for providing support for the seat and a person seated on the seat. The lower support member may cover the bottom of the seat. The stool has both a post support mount or neck and a brace structure or collar for attaching the seat and lower support member to the post. The seat and lower support may be made of plastic. The stool may be part of a folding table having a tabletop and a frame supporting the tabletop and attached to the stool.

Folding Desk And Chair Apparatus
A folding desk and chair apparatus. The apparatus includes a base. The base itself is defined by a pair of opposing lateral rails that are affixed together by a plurality of base supports. A chair is formed by a chair platform that is pivotally affixed to a pair of chair supports. Each chair support is pivotally connected to each opposing lateral rail. A desk comprising a desk platform is pivotally affixed to a pair of distal ends of a pair of desk supports. Each desk support is pivotally connected to each opposing lateral rail. A plurality of notches is placed on a top edge of the pair of opposing lateral rails. A desk security rod is disposed on a pair of proximal ends of the pair of desk supports. The desk security rod is sized to rest within a pair of notches of the plurality of notches.
