The invention relates to a gearbox (1) comprising: a gearbox body (1A) defining an enclosure (1B), an input shaft (2), an output shaft (3) and a mechanism (4) for transmitting the movement of the input shaft (2) to the output shaft (3), said mechanism (4) for transmitting movement comprising at least one clutch (5) and a clutch (5) control device, the clutch (5) comprising a driving element (6) and a driven element (7) mounted rotatably secured to the output shaft (3) and having its axial movement limited in at least one direction along the output shaft (3), and the clutch (5) control device comprising a member for controlling the movement of the driving element (6) and the driven element (7) towards one another to allow the clutch (5) to pass from the declutched position to the clutched position. The control member is formed by the gearbox body (1A) mounted to slide along the output shaft (3).
Garden tool and control box thereof
A control box and a garden tool fitted with the control box. The control box includes a self-propelled trigger unit including a self-propelled control switch S, a lever and a control handle matching with the self-propelled control switch S; and a casing being provided with a receiving cavity. The self-propelled triggering unit is at least partially disposed in the receiving cavity. The lever abuts and triggers the self-propelled control switch S when the control handle is pulled to abut the lever and the control handle swings up and down in a plane where a side wall of the casing is located. The control box has reasonable switch distribution and is easy to operate.
LAWN MOWER
A lawn mower comprises a driving assembly, an impact protection assembly, a transmission assembly and a cutting assembly. The impact protection assembly comprises a first bearing seat and a second bearing seat which are mated with each other, and an elastic member and a ball which are positioned between the first bearing seat and the second bearing seat. The first bearing seat is provided with a protrusion. When the driving assembly performs driving, the ball is pushed by the elastic member to be in contact with the protrusion of the first bearing seat, so that the transmission assembly and the cutting assembly are driven to rotate synchronously. When the resistance received by the cutting assembly is greater than a preset value, the elastic member is continuously compressed and the ball passes over the protrusion, and a relative rotation between the transmission assembly and the driving assembly occurs.
Transmission box, method of closing same and running vehicle equipped with such a box
A transmission housing (2) of the type including two housing elements (9) that can be positioned to press against each other and that in the assembled-together state define: a cavity (13); a shaft (6) projecting at least in part from the housing (2); a motion transmission mechanism (30) for transmitting motion to said shaft (6), the motion transmission mechanism (30) being housed at least in part inside the cavity (13) of the housing (2); and sealing means (15) arranged in the zone where the housing elements (9) are pressed together and referred to as a join plane (10), the sealing means (15) surrounding said cavity (13). The housing (2) comprises means (17) for connecting the housing elements (9) together by snap-fastening in order to hold the housing elements (9) pressed against each other and the sealing means (15) comprise adhesive connection means (16) for connecting said housing elements (9) together.
BAIL DRIVEN STALE FUEL EVACUATION
A carburetor drain apparatus includes a carburetor bowl, a fuel supply pipe, a fuel drain pipe, and a bail interface. The carburetor bowl is configured to store fuel and provide the fuel to an air passage. The fuel supply pipe is connected a fuel tank and the carburetor bowl. The fuel drain pipe is connected to the carburetor bowl. The bail interface is configured to operate in response to actuation of a bail to open the fuel drain pipe.
Propulsion control lockout and ground working vehicle incorporating same
A control system for a ground working vehicle. The control system may include a handle assembly including a handle member extending upwardly and rearwardly from a chassis of the vehicle. The control system may also include a speed control apparatus including a control grip operably connected to, and translatable along, the handle member. Translation of the control grip may activate a transmission to move the chassis in the forward direction when the control grip is translated downwardly along the handle member towards the chassis. Further, the control system may include a lockout apparatus movably attached to a handle member. The lockout apparatus may be adapted to selectively and physically restrict movement of the control grip relative to the handle member.
Garden tool power system with automatic walking function
A garden tool power system comprises a motor, a reducer and a transmission shaft. The motor transmits the power to the transmission shaft through the reducer to drive wheels on the transmission shaft. The reducer comprises a pinion connected to an output end of the motor and a gear engaged with the pinion. The transmission shaft includes left and right shafts connected with each other through a connecting shaft. The gear mounted on the connecting shaft has at least two guiding rods transversely located thereon and two centrifugal blocks located between the guiding rods. Each guiding rod has a spring surrounded therearound and each spring located between two centrifugal blocks has two opposite ends respectively abutted against the corresponding portions of the centrifugal blocks. A fixing sleeve provided on the periphery of the centrifugal blocks is mounted on the transmission shaft and has buckle structures matching with the centrifugal blocks.
TRANSMISSION HOUSING, AND WHEELED VEHICLE COMPRISING A HOUSING OF THIS TYPE
The invention relates to a transmission housing (1) comprising a housing (1) body (1A) which defines an enclosure (1B) and, arranged at least partly inside said enclosure (1B), an input shaft (2), an output shaft (3) and a mechanism (4) for transmitting the movement of the input shaft (2) to the output shaft (3), this movement transmitting mechanism (4) comprising at least one clutch (5), the clutch (5) comprising a driving element (6) and a driven element (7), the driven element (7) being mounted for conjoined rotation with the output shaft (3) and comprising an active part (8) of the clutch (5) and a sleeve (9) that carries said active part (8) of the clutch (5), wherein the active part (8) of the clutch (5) is in bearing contact with the driving element (6) of the clutch (5) when the clutch (5) is in the engaged position, the sleeve (9) being coaxial to the output shaft (3) and mounted for conjoined rotation with the output shaft (3), the sleeve (9) of the driven element (7) being made in a single piece with the active part (8) of the driven element (7), and the sleeve (9) being disposed between the output shaft (3) and the body (1A) of the housing (1).
