A packaged formulation, a method of making said packaged formulation, as well as containers and systems including and using said packaged formulation. In particular, the packaged formulation includes one or more cannabinoids and one or more stabilizing components, wherein said packaging is impermeable to air.

Methods that use a tobacco product to reduce or mitigate some of the negative effects of tobacco consumption, particularly cancer development are described. The tobacco product contains (a) nicotine, (b) at least one of an isothiocyanate or isothiocyanate precursor, (c) myrosinase and (d) a synthetic isothiocyanate. The product can further include at least one of thymoquinone, resveratrol, synthetic vitamin C, thymoquinone resveratrol and a synthetic vitamin C.

The disclosure provides solid products configured for oral use. The products contain a lipophilic active ingredient, a self-emulsifying delivery system (SEDS), a binder, and at least one sugar, at least one sugar alcohol, or a combination thereof. The SEDS is configured to provide droplets including the lipophilic active ingredient, the droplets have a D.sub.90 value in a range from about 10 to about 1000 nm.

Aspects described herein relate to lipophilic active agent infused tobacco leaves and/or tobacco materials and methods of use thereof. More particularly, aspects described herein relate to tobacco leaves and/or tobacco materials infused with lipophilic active agents that provide enhanced bioavailability of the lipophilic active agents in a subject, and that mask unpleasant tastes.

A capsule for delivery of a flavoring in water-pipe smoke is disclosed herein. The disclosed capsule includes a core bead of an inert material and a coating layer encapsulating the bead. The coating layer contains a flavoring, an absorbent-binder, a mist-maker, a sweetener, a thickener. The coating layer is configured to provide release of the flavoring, sweetener and of the mist-maker when heated.

A recreational smoking composition comprises 15 to 25 weight percent apple pomace as a fibrous substrate; 40 to 55 weight percent glycerin as a humectant and smoking agent; 20 to 30 weight percent fructose as a sweetener; and 3 to 12 weight percent flavor, preservative, and coloring combined. As such the present disclosure is directed to a composition comprising a nicotine-free substitute for tobacco and, more particularly, the composition may be a smoking substitute for tobacco that would otherwise be used in a hookah pipe.
