WORKSTATION HEIGHT-ADJUSTMENT MONITORING

A workstation including a height-adjustable work surface is described. The workstation includes a frame, and the work surface is configured to translate relative to the frame to vary a height of the work surface. A lift assembly configured to assist translation of the work surface relative to the frame. The lift assembly includes a moveable component and translation of the moveable component results in a translation of the work surface relative to the frame. A translation sensor is coupled to one of the frame or the movable component, and it is configured to measure translation of the moveable component relative to the frame. A control circuit is in communication with the translation sensor to determine an amount of translation of the work surface relative to the frame.

The device (1) for moving a supporting plane (2) between a raised position (H) and a lowered (L), and vice versa, comprises at least one vertical guide (3), in which is slidably engaged a slide (4) associated with the supporting plane (2). Between the vertical guide (3) and the slide (4) is interposed a cinematic lever (5), consisting of a first and a second lever (51, 52), compassed between two configurations, open (A) and closed (C), in correspondence of, respectively, said raised (H) and lowered (L) positions. The first and second levers (51, 52) are also interconnected by means of a gas spring (53), whose expansion push urges said levers (51, 52) to close further when the supporting plane (2) is in said lowered position (L), thus stabilizing it. By manually opening said levers (51, 52) beyond a dead point, the same push of the gas spring (53) tends to open them so as to automatically raise the supporting plane (2); the latter can also be tilted from a horizontal position to a vertical one by means of hinges (6).

Height-adjustable desk

A height-adjustable desk includes a base, a top board, a link mechanism, a height-adjusting member, and an operating member. The top board is configured to be vertically elevated with respect to the base. The link mechanism is disposed between the base and the top board so as to support the top board such that the top board may be elevated, the link mechanism including a plurality of link members. The height-adjusting member is formed to be extendable at a desired length and determining a height of the top board with respect to the base according to a length thereof. The operating member fixes the height-adjusting member so that the height-adjusting member maintains the desired length.
