Adjustment profile and arrangement for adapting adjustable furniture to such an adjustment profile
The present invention relates to an adjustment profile (11) comprising an elongated means, substantially square of its cross section which means is provided with evenly spaced fastening openings (13) on at least one of its surfaces for receiving fastening means. In the cross section of this adjustment profile, one of its four sides is open for the whole length dimension of the adjustment profile comprising two opposite edge profiles (12) shaped substantially symmetrical to form a linear guide. Between the two opposite edge profiles (12) forming this linear guide is here arranged a moving carriage (16), whereby the motion of the carriage is supported by at least two bearing units (18) supported on opposite edge profiles.

SEGMENTED SUPPORT BODY
A segmented support body (1), in particular a table leg, comprising an outer segment (2), an intermediate segment (3) positioned within the outer segment and an inner segment (4) positioned within the intermediate segment, which segments (2, 3, 4) are slidable relative to each other, wherein the support body (1) has an actuator (18) and a displacement member (19) connected thereto within the inner segment (4) wherein the displacement member (19) is operatively coupled to the actuator (18) and the intermediate segment (3), which actuator (18) is adapted for displacement relative to the displacement member (19), and wherein the actuator (18) is at least operatively coupled to the outer segment (2), such that upon displacement of the actuator (18) relative to the displacement member (19) the outer segment (2) is displaced relative to the intermediate segment (3).

LOW-NOISE LIFTING DEVICE
A low-noise lifting device includes a rack and a gear. The rack includes first teeth each having a first crown portion. A surface of the first crown portion is defined as a first contact surface having a circular arc shape. The gear includes second teeth. A second root portion is defined between every adjacent two of the second teeth. A surface of the second root portion is defined as a second contact surface having a circular arc shape. When the gear is meshed with the rack, the second contact surface and the first contact surface are in close contact with each other in a circular arc shape, without a backlash, so as to reduce the noise generated by the transmission.

FURNITURE ACCESSORY STORAGE SYSTEM WITH HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM
A furniture accessory storage system includes an outer basket receptacle, an inner basket liner, and a support extension piece that is configured to selectably couple with the outer basket receptacle and provide adjustable support by holding the system in place adjacent to the interstitial space of a furniture item. The furniture accessory storage system is useful for storing and organizing commonly used household accessories near a bedside, living room couch, or other furniture item. An adjustable riser allows the receptacle to be selectively elevated in relation to the support. A pivoting locking pawl engages a vertical-strung gear-rack, such that to adjust elevation, a user manually withdraws the pawl, lifts or lowers the receptacle, and reengages the pawl with the gear-rack.
