Vertebral implants and methods for installation thereof
Embodiments herein are generally directed to vertebral implants and implant trials for use with vertebral implant assemblies. In some embodiments, these implants and implant trials may be used in conjunction with corpectomy procedures.
TISSUE SCAFFOLD
A tissue scaffold includes a first film having a plurality of cell openings and a second film adjacent the first film and having a plurality of cell openings larger than the cell openings of the first film. The cell openings of the first film interconnect with the cell openings of the second film to define pathways extending through the first and second films.
Method of performing an anchor implantation procedure within a disc
Methods of performing procedures within an intervertebral disc are disclosed. The methods include performing procedures such as implant delivery, tissue manipulation, tissue diagnostics, and therapeutic and diagnostic agent delivery at selected locations within intervertebral discs. In one embodiment, a method includes delivering an anchor and an implant within a functional spinal unit using a surgical device having at least one depth stop.

STENT ASSEMBLY FOR THORACOABDOMINAL BIFURCATED ANEURYSM REPAIR
A multi-lumen stent assembly (100) for deployment in a bifurcated vessel. This assembly is made of a self-expandable main body component (200) and two lumen extensions (300), able to be inserted into one of the lumens of a double-barrelled portion (208) of the main body component (200). The main body component (200) has a proximal end (201) configured to be placed toward the heart and a distal end (202). The main body component (200) has a main body portion (203), a concaved portion (206), and a transition portion (205). The main body portion (203) has a cylindrical lumen (204) of constant diameter. The concaved portion (206) has a double-barrelled portion (208) having two lumens (211). A cross-section of the transition portion (205) evolving from a circular shape to an elliptical shape towards the transition portion (205), a larger diameter of this shape being in a central plane (CP).

HERNIATED DISC REPAIR
Systems for minimally invasive disc augmentation include an anulus augmentation component and a nucleus augmentation component. Both are suited for minimally invasive deployment. The nucleus augmentation component restores disc height and/or replaces missing nucleus pulposus. The anulus augmentation component shields weakened regions of the anulus fibrosis and/or resists escape of natural nucleus pulposus and/or the augmentation component. Methods and deployment devices are also disclosed. Method of supporting and augmenting a nucleus pulposus by inserting a flexible biocompatible material into the disc space using an anchoring means are also provided.
Dynamic spinal segment replacement
A vertebral body system and method having a polyaxial fastener receiving member, adjustable width plates and a pedicle screw having a pedicle threaded portion and a threaded portion for fastening to the vertebral body.
Expandable Interbody Fusion Implant
Disclosed is an expandable interbody fusion implant that is configured to have an initial configuration having a first footprint width suitable for being inserted into an intervertebral space and an expanded configuration having a second footprint width that is greater than the first footprint width. The implant may include a first body member and a second body member that is pivotally coupled to the first body member. The implant may be expanded using an inflatable balloon. The implant may be expanded bilaterally such that both body members rotate relative to the other or the implant may be expanded unilaterally such that one of the body members rotates relative to the other.
