Height adjustable desktop
A height adjustable desktop includes an upper work surface platform, and a base platform, which configured to rest on an existing desk, platform, surface, or table. The height adjustable desktop further includes a height adjustment mechanism that includes two sets of two arms that connect at pivot points along their lengths so that the arms configured to move in a scissoring motion to raise and lower the upper work surface platform. The height adjustable desktop also includes two actuators that apply a force to the two sets of two arms, the actuators each containing feedback sensors that provide data regarding the current position and distance each actuator has extended, retracted or moved.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR USING AN ADJUSTABLE DESK
An adjustable desk that operably engages a cardiovascular machines and methods of using the adjustable desk. The adjustable desk comprises a frame, a bottom platform, and a top platform. The bottom platform operably engages with the frame and defines a first substantially planar wall. The top platform operably engages with the frame and defines a second substantially planer wall. The top platform is provided at a first height above the bottom platform measured between the first substantially planar wall and the second substantially planar wall. The frame is adapted to engage with a support structure such as a cardiovascular machine. The frame is also configured to selectively adjustable one or both of the top platform and the bottom platform relative to the frame.

Workstation height-adjustment monitoring
A workstation including a height-adjustable work surface is described. The workstation includes a frame, and the work surface is configured to translate relative to the frame to vary a height of the work surface. A lift assembly configured to assist translation of the work surface relative to the frame. The lift assembly includes a moveable component and translation of the moveable component results in a translation of the work surface relative to the frame. A translation sensor is coupled to one of the frame or the movable component, and it is configured to measure translation of the moveable component relative to the frame. A control circuit is in communication with the translation sensor to determine an amount of translation of the work surface relative to the frame.

HEIGHT-ADJUSTABLE DESK
A height-adjustable desk includes a desk board and a base. Two first lifting arms and one second lifting arm are disposed between the desk board and the base. The two first lifting arms are disposed at both sides of the desk board respectively. The second lifting arm is located between the two first lifting arms and spatially intersected with the two first lifting arms to be distributed in an X shape. The upper ends of the two first lifting arms are rotatably connected to a first end of the desk board, and the lower ends of the two first lifting arms are slidably connected to a first end of the base. The upper end of the second lifting arm is slidably connected to a second end of the desk board, and and the lower end of the second lifting arm is hinged to a second end of the base.

Electric lifting platform retractable upon hitting obstruction
An electric lifting platform retractable upon hitting an obstruction includes a lifting column, a platform, a controller, and a manipulator. The controller comprises a main control unit and a motor driving circuit. An output end of the main control unit is connected to the motor driving circuit. The electric lifting platform further includes a multi-axis sensor module for acquiring obstruction-hitting data of the platform. As the multi-axis sensor module is connected to an input end of the main control unit, the main control unit transmits a control signal to the motor driving circuit after processing the obstruction-hitting data, and the motor driving circuit controls the lifting column to execute a corresponding retracting movement.
