The top plate is supported on the floor by of a leg structure provided with multiple support columns arranged in parallel. Top plate receiving structures attach a column to the top plate and change the length of the support columns. Push valves exposed on the inside of the top plate receiving structures are actuated, changing the length of gas springs provided inside of the support columns. By extending an operation rod unit into the top plate receiving structures from a single handle of an operation lever via a connection fitting, the push valves are operated the same amount and at the same time in all of the columns with a single operation, so that it is possible to smoothly raise and lower the top plate.

The connector assembly includes a first, fixed protrusion, a lever, a second protrusion extending from the lever, and a third protrusion positioned between the first protrusion and the second protrusion. The rail includes a lip and a cutout in the lip that is sized to receive the third protrusion. The rail is configured to retain the connector assembly. Pivoting the lever when the connector assembly is positioned within the rail is configured to cause the second protrusion to bear against a bottom surface of the rail, such that the first protrusion and the second protrusion frictionally engage the bottom surface of the rail and the third protrusion frictionally engages the lip to fixedly hold the connector assembly.

A folding table comprises a table top, a table leg, a grounding part supported on the ground or a table top, and a second hinged lock formed for the table leg and the grounding part after the table leg and the grounding part rotate relative to each other, one end of the second hinged lock is connected with the other end of the table leg, the other end of the second hinged lock is connected with the grounding part, the table leg or the grounding part are relative to each other. When rotating in the unlocked state, the second hinged lock locks the table leg and the grounding part at an included angle of 0-90. The invention has the advantages of convenient storage, transportation or carrying and small occupation space.

The first controller is configured to receive, via the transceiver, a first communication based on the detection of a position of a user from a computing device and to transmit, via the transceiver, a second communication to the first drive assembly to control the height of the adjustable desk frame and movement of the adjustable desk frame and the adjustable monitor mount are synchronized such that an adjustment of the height of the adjustable desk frame causes a corresponding adjustment of the viewing height of the adjustable monitor mount.
