Workspace system and components and method for the use thereof
A workspace system includes different base components, different accessory interfaces and different accessories. Different accessory interfaces may be fixed to different base components, and different accessories may be releasably engaged by different, or the same accessory interfaces. The same accessories may be engaged by different accessory interfaces. The base components and accessories may be reconfigured to define different workspaces. Methods of assembling and reconfiguring the workspaces are also provided.
Geologic core inspection table
A geologic core inspection table includes at least two legs, each including an extending portion for increasing the effective length of each leg, the extending portion at least partially concentrically disposed within or about the leg from which it extends; and a tabletop disposed above and coupled to the legs. The tabletop includes a top surface for receiving a core sample tray. At least one leg may be extended to a different height than at least one other leg.
Geologic core inspection table
A geologic core inspection table includes at least two legs, each including an extending portion for increasing the effective length of each leg, the extending portion at least partially concentrically disposed within or about the leg from which it extends; and a tabletop disposed above and coupled to the legs. The tabletop includes a top surface for receiving a core sample tray. At least one leg may be extended to a different height than at least one other leg.
Lifting table stand
A lifting table stand includes a pair of telescopic columns, a carrier, an actuation module and a passive mechanism. Each telescopic column includes multiple tubes adapted to sheathe with each other and move telescopically relative to each other. The carrier includes a beam straddling the telescopic columns and a pair of support members perpendicularly connected to two ends of the beam. The actuation module includes a receiving member detachably installed to the beam and a driver connected to the receiving member. The passive mechanism includes a transmission shaft and a pair of gear sets installed in the tubes. The transmission shaft passes the driver and is connected to each gear set. Since the receiving member is detachably installed to beam, the actuation module may be changed to different types to control the elevation of the lifting table stand.
Lifting table stand
A lifting table stand includes a pair of telescopic columns, a carrier, an actuation module and a passive mechanism. Each telescopic column includes multiple tubes adapted to sheathe with each other and move telescopically relative to each other. The carrier includes a beam straddling the telescopic columns and a pair of support members perpendicularly connected to two ends of the beam. The actuation module includes a receiving member detachably installed to the beam and a driver connected to the receiving member. The passive mechanism includes a transmission shaft and a pair of gear sets installed in the tubes. The transmission shaft passes the driver and is connected to each gear set. Since the receiving member is detachably installed to beam, the actuation module may be changed to different types to control the elevation of the lifting table stand.

A sensor assembly for an electrically adjustable piece of furniture having at least one actuator for adjusting a component and a control for the actuator comprises a light transmitter and a light receiver which are coupled to one another via an optical light path. An aperture element which is configured to at least partially cover the light path and which is mounted in a movable manner with respect to the light path in such a way that a change in a position of the aperture element results in a change in the covering of the light path. An evaluation circuit regulates a light quantity emitted by the light transmitter to a reference quantity by means of a control signal and generates a deformation signal based on the control signal or on a signal derived from the control signal. The aperture element converts a deformation or movement of the component into a change of position of the aperture element relative to the light path.
Sensor assembly, actuator, control system, electrically adjustable piece of furniture and method for operating an electrically adjustable piece of furniture
A sensor assembly for an electrically adjustable piece of furniture having at least one actuator for adjusting a component and a control for the actuator comprises a light transmitter and a light receiver which are coupled to one another via an optical light path. An aperture element which is configured to at least partially cover the light path and which is mounted in a movable manner with respect to the light path in such a way that a change in a position of the aperture element results in a change in the covering of the light path. An evaluation circuit regulates a light quantity emitted by the light transmitter to a reference quantity by means of a control signal and generates a deformation signal based on the control signal or on a signal derived from the control signal. The aperture element converts a deformation or movement of the component into a change of position of the aperture element relative to the light path.
FILLER PIECE MOUNTING ASSEMBLY FOR LIFTING COLUMN AND LIFTING COLUMN
Disclosed is a filler piece mounting assembly for a lifting column. The lifting column includes a first casing and a second casing sliding in the first casing. The filler piece mounting assembly includes a resilient filler piece and a fixed frame for fixing the resilient filler piece. The resilient filler piece is disposed outside an outer wall of the second casing and axially fixed relative to the first casing. The fixed frame is disposed at a front end of the first casing and moves relative to the first casing. A first inclined surface is disposed on an outside of the resilient filler piece. The fixed frame includes an extrusion part for extruding the first inclined surface, and the extrusion part extrudes the first inclined surface to radially deform the resilient filler piece to adjust a clearance between the resilient filler piece and the second casing.

Disclosed is a filler piece mounting assembly for a lifting column. The lifting column includes a first casing and a second casing sliding in the first casing. The filler piece mounting assembly includes a resilient filler piece and a fixed frame for fixing the resilient filler piece. The resilient filler piece is disposed outside an outer wall of the second casing and axially fixed relative to the first casing. The fixed frame is disposed at a front end of the first casing and moves relative to the first casing. A first inclined surface is disposed on an outside of the resilient filler piece. The fixed frame includes an extrusion part for extruding the first inclined surface, and the extrusion part extrudes the first inclined surface to radially deform the resilient filler piece to adjust a clearance between the resilient filler piece and the second casing.
Telescopic module
A telescopic module includes a first tube, a second tube, a holder, and a plurality of rollers. The first tube has a passageway. The second tube is received in the passageway of the first tube for reciprocation. The holder is mounted on the first tube. The rollers are pivoted on the holder to rest against the second tube or the first tube, or both to touch an inner side of the first tube and an outer side of the second tube to be turned when the second tube is moving.
