Platform leveling apparatus
A platform leveling apparatus with a platform attached to a frame, two and only two linear actuators, and one and only one heim joint. The upper ends of the linear actuators are rotatably attached to the front frame member, and the heim joint is connected to the rear frame member. The lower end of the heim joint is connected to an upper end of a heim joint support, and the lower end of the heim joint support is connected to a rear base support by front and/or rear heim joint braces. The rear base support is oriented parallel to the rear frame member when the heim joint is at a centered position, and the rear base support is positioned below a front edge of the rear frame member. The lower ends of the linear actuators are rotatably connected to a first fixed surface.
OVER BED TABLE WITH IMPROVED BASE
A base for an over bed table (OBT) optimized for use with both retractable under-bed wheel(s) and corner structures (e.g. legs/corner wheels). The base includes a column-support portion and a wishbone-shaped extension configured to pass under the bed when the OBT is in use. The wishbone-shaped extension has a U-shaped portion with a profile low enough to pass below raised under-bed wheels, thereby allowing interference-free movement of the base under much of the bed. The wishbone configuration also facilitates movement of the base adjacent to and about the corner structures. For example, the unique shape provides lateral gaps on opposite sides of the base that allow the OBT to be moved farther into the corners of the bed before the base encounters interference from the corner structures, as well as a large central opening that allow the base to deeply straddle corner structures.

PNEUMATIC HEIGHT-ADJUSTABLE DESK
A pneumatic height-adjustable desk may comprise two legs, two pneumatic rods, two pulleys units, a cross beam, a control spindle, a clutch unit and a desk top. By cooperating the pneumatic rods, the pulleys units, the control spindle and the clutch unit, the two sides of the desk top are configured to go up or down synchronously and maintain even in the raising or lowering process. Also, by using the clutch unit to clamp the control spindle, the desk top is configured to firmly maintain flat and stable even the single side of the desk top is pressed by the heavy stuff.

CORD SYSTEM FOR HEIGHT-ADJUSTABLE FURNITURE
An electrical power or data system for height-adjustable furniture includes a self-retracting cord section that extends and retracts in response to an upper furniture portion raising and lowering with respect to a lower furniture portion, such as to limit or avoid entanglement of the cord with other objects in the vicinity of the furniture. The system includes an electrical power or data cord having an input end portion and an output end portion, with the retracting cord section disposed between the input and output end portions, and with an electrical power or data connector at the output end portion and configured for mounting along the upper furniture portion.

Portable Deployable Table
A portable deployable table is a device that may be easily mounted to and removed from a surface or structure. The device includes a housing with at least one telescopic arm fixed within the housing. A table frame and a planar table top are hingedly connected to the at least one telescopic arm and may be deployed after being extended from within the housing. The table frame and the planar table top are contained within the housing when the device is not in use. At least one adjustable mounting brace is connected to the exterior of the housing, allowing the housing to be mounted to a surface or structure and fixed in place. The housing may be closed via a housing lid that covers the interior of the housing.

RETRACTABLE SUPPORT MEMBER
A support member that is retractable and then can be extended and locked into place in order to support such item. The locking mechanisms for the support member include at least two push button assemblies. In order to retract the support member, a user pushes in the first push button and slides a first telescoping portion of the support member over a second telescoping portion of the support member, which then automatically pushes in the second push button to complete the retraction of the support member.
