20210330466 · 2021-10-28 ·

Knee prosthesis tibial componentry has a bearing insert defining a superior condyle articular surface and a planar inferior bearing surface. A tray having a platform defining a superior bearing surface and an inferior stem engages the insert. The tray has a quadrant of retention buttresses having anterior and posterior buttresses, each extending superiorly with respect to the superior bearing surface and extending in from a peripheral edge of the superior bearing surface. The insert has a quadrant of respective spaced apart retention recesses having anterior and posterior recesses, each recessed superiorly with respect to the inferior bearing surface and extending in from a peripheral edge of the inferior bearing surface.

Vertebral system, implant and inserts for vertebral system

The present invention relates to a vertebral system comprising a vertebral implant (2) and a plurality of inserts, said implant being designed to be implanted in a vertebral segment composed of at least two vertebrae and including a body (20) the walls whereof delimit a cavity (23) leading to the outside of the body (20) through at least one opening in at least one of said walls, at least one passage (21) passing through the implant (2) from the periphery to an upper or lower surface to receive a bone-anchoring device (1) capable of anchoring the implant (2) in at least one of said vertebrae, the system being characterized in that it includes at least two inserts selected from among the following inserts: at least one graft insert (3, 3A, 3B, 4, 5A, 5B, 6A, 6B, 6C, 6D, 202, 250) capable of being colonized by bone tissue and/or receiving at least one bone tissue graft and/or at least one substitute;
and/or at least one bone-anchoring insert (210) comprising said passage (21) capable of receiving said bone-anchoring device (1).

Modular adjustable corpectomy cage

A system for use during surgical procedures. The system includes an implant and a tool. The implant combines a modular adjustable cage and a shim that locks the cage into position, after the cage has been adjusted to its final position and at its final height, in situ. The tool combines an expander and an inserter. A related method of using the system is also provided.

SPINAL IMPLANT SYSTEM AND METHOD

A spinal implant system includes at least one interbody implant having a first member including a tissue engaging surface and at least one mating element. A second member includes a tissue engaging surface and at least one mating element. An intermediate member includes at least one mating element. An intra-operative surgical tool is connectable with at least one of the members to engage adjacent mating elements and fix the intermediate member with at least one of the first member and the second member. Implants, surgical instruments and methods are disclosed.

HIGHLY LORDOSED FUSION CAGE

A fusion cage has a first component that defines an outside surface that is configured to engage a vertebral endplate, and an interior surface. The fusion cage has a second component that defines first and second opposed surfaces. One of the first and second opposed surfaces can mate with the interior surface of the first component. The fusion cage can include vertical and lateral throughholes adapted to enhance fusion.

Spinal Implant System

A prosthesis for spinal surgery includes a spacer adapted to be secured into the bone and attached to one of a plurality of configuration plates. The configuration plates are interchangeable and each one is configured to utilize a different combination of bone screws, anchors or both. The prosthesis may further include a retaining mechanism to prevent bone screws and/or anchors from backing out.

TALAR DOME WITH ANGLED HOLES

A talar implant includes a post projecting from a superior surface of the plate and includes at least one threaded hole. A talar dome having an inferior surface is configured to face the plate and an opening in the inferior surface is shaped to receive the post. The talar dome includes at least one through hole having a threaded surface and a groove. The groove has a larger outer diameter than the threaded surface. At least one fastener is configured to engage the threaded hole of the post and the threaded surface of the through hole. The at least one fastener has a groove that is aligned with the groove of the through hole when the fastener is inserted in the talar dome and the post. At least one clip is configured to engage the groove of the through hole of the talar dome and the groove of the fastener.
