An object of the present invention is to provide a slant-adjusting unit which is convenient to adjust the slant of the flat plate supported by the legs and furniture having the unit. and a slant-adjusting unit 200, comprising a first spherical plate 210, second spherical plate 220 having an inner curved surface in facing relation to an outer curved surface of the first spherical plate 210, and a third spherical plate 230 having an outer curved surface in facing relation to an inner curved surface of the first spherical plate 210, and furniture 1, comprising a flat plate 100, the slant-adjusting unit 200 connected to any position of the flat plate 100, a column portion 300, and connected to the slant-adjusting unit 200, and the flat plate 100 integrated with the first spherical plate 210 to adjust the slant at will.

Disclosed is a portable table assembly having a table top, a solid elongate cylindrical stem that receives and carries the table top. The portable table assembly is easily assembled and adaptable for a wide variety of uses including, but not limited to, outdoor/lawn gaming, parks and general recreation, outdoor sporting and concert events, tailgate parties, camping, gardening, and beach use (with or without a beach umbrella).

A telescoping countertop support bracket assembly includes a channel member that defines a plurality of through holes through a lateral wall of the channel member. Each of the through holes is configured to receive a fastener; the channel member defines a support bar receiving portion and an accessory bar receiving portion. A support bar is received by the channel member, and it is telescopically adjustable within the channel member. A countertop contact surface is supported by the support bar, and the fasteners secure the support bar within the channel member at an adjustable support length.

A modular furniture assembly a first strut assembly, a second strut assembly, and a connector. The first strut assembly includes a first strut, a first strut end fitting, and a first locking member. The second strut assembly includes a second strut, a second strut end fitting, and a second locking member. The connector includes a first receptacle and a second receptacle. The first receptacle is configured to accommodate protruding portions of the first strut end fitting. The second receptacle is configured to accommodate protruding portions of the second strut end fitting. The first locking member is configured to interface with the first strut end fitting and couple with the connector to secure the first strut to the connector. The present invention relates to a novel glass-ceramic sheet intended in particular to be used as a surface of a furniture unit and/or as a worktop, and which comprises, in at least one of its faces, in particular its lower face, at least one connection element of a height less than 10 cm and of which the cross section is inscribed inside a circle of a diameter less than 3 cm, said connection element being made from a material able to withstand at least 70 C. and being bonded to said face by means of a thermosetting adhesive. The present invention also relates to an item of furniture and/or household equipment, and in particular a worktop or a furniture unit incorporating said sheet.

A lap table has a semi-circular cut-out along an inside edge of an extended platform. Beneath the table are a pair of adjustable leg assemblies that are capable of providing an upright configuration that allows the platform to stand and abut against a body of a user, particularly while lying in a bed.

A foldable table and table legs comprises a tabletop comprising a plurality of tabletop sections each of which are interconnected by a hinge mechanism allowing the tabletop fold into a small, compact package. Detachable and foldable legs are configured for coupling to a table skirt comprising four segments which fold down from a storage pocket on the underside of the tabletop. The foldable legs interconnect with the table skirt once it is folded down from its storage position. In one example, a height adjustable desktop system is described that can include a work surface, a foot assembly and a linkage assembly that adjustably connects the work surface to the foot assembly allowing vertical adjustment of the work surface. The linkage assembly can include a pair of adjustment assemblies, each having a transverse linkage that maintains the work surface in a horizontal orientation as the work surface is elevated or lowered. A biasing mechanism, such as an extension spring or a torsion spring, biases the work surface toward the elevated position.

A desk for use with a chair, such as a recliner or arm chair, has desk surfaces supported on opposite sides of a front portion of the chair, with at least one of the desk surfaces movably mounted to move between a desk surface access position away from the front portion of the chair to allow access for a user to the chair and a desk surface use position with respect to the chair and a user in the chair to allow use of the desk surface for intended uses of the desk.

A molded plastic structure may comprise a tabletop with an upper surface and a lower surface. A lip may extend downwardly relative to the lower surface of the tabletop, and the lip may include an outer surface and an inner surface. An inwardly extending portion may extend inwardly from the inner surface of the lip. A frame may be connected to the table top and the frame may include a side rail of a frame. The side rail may include a receiving portion that receives the inwardly extending portion. The side rail may also include a portion that supports the lower surface of the table top and a portion that supports the lip.
