Expandable intervertebral implant
An intervertebral implant is configured to be implanted in an intervertebral space in a first initial configuration. Subsequently, an actuator is configured to be driven in an actuation direction such that the actuator urges the implant to expand along a first expansion direction. Once the implant has been fully expanded along the first expansion direction, the actuator is configured to be further driven in the actuation direction so as to expand the implant in a second expansion direction that is perpendicular to the first expansion direction.
SACROILIAC JOINT STABILIZATION SYSTEM
A sacroiliac joint implant system includes a primary implant configured to be received in a sacroiliac joint of a patient and a secondary implant configured to couple with the primary implant. The primary implant includes a body extending from a proximal end to a distal end and a plurality of threads extending from the body. The secondary implant includes a first anchor configured to anchor within a sacrum of the patient and a second anchor configured to anchor within an ilium of the patient.

HOLLOW SLEEVE AUGMENT DEVICE AND TOOL
An augment device includes a hollow sleeve surrounding a channel extending through the hollow sleeve from a top to a bottom of the hollow sleeve, the hollow sleeve comprising a wall having an inner face and an outer face. The hollow sleeve includes at least one bending joint, the bending joint being configured for compressing the channel. Thereby the hollow sleeve may be compressed under an external force, leading to a decreased circumference and width of the hollow sleeve. This leads to a gap between the perimeter of the augment device and surrounding bone material, breaking any connections, By virtue of this, a much facilitated removal of the augment device can be achieved. Further, an extraction tool includes grippers for engaging and compressing the augment device, and further instruments, particularly a jig, for achieving an effective removal.
EXPANDABLE SPINAL FUSION IMPLANT, RELATED INSTRUMENTS AND METHODS
A system for performing interbody fusion surgery including an expandable intervertebral spacer and specialized instruments for choosing the correct size of implant, implanting the device within the intervertebral space, and for delivery of bone graft or bone substitute to the interior of the implant.
SLEEVE AUGMENT DEVICE FOR AN ARTICULATED JOINT
An augment device for a joint endoprosthesis, the device including a sleeve surrounding a channel extending through the sleeve. The sleeve is formed of porous material for ingrowth of bony material, the sleeve comprising an inner face and an outer face. The sleeve further comprises a wall surrounding the channel, the wall being made of solid material and forming a sandwich structure with the porous material, wherein the wall forms a bulkhead between the inner face and the outer face. Thereby, the bulkhead wall will stop inflow of any cement across the sleeve from its inner to its outer face. The porous material on the outer face will be kept free from cement and its capability to promote bone ingrowth is reliably preserved. The augment devices are preferably provided as a set having different sizes and straight or stepped bottoms for improved versatility and maximum preservation of natural bone matter.

EXPANDING SPINAL FUSION CAGE
Disclosed herein are expanding spinal fusion cage embodiments including an expandable cage assembly configured to expand from a collapsed state to an expanded state in an intervertebral space when inflated with a material. The assembly can include an inflatable section defining an interior volume configured to receive the material and expand the interior volume in response to a pressure from the received material to cause the expandable cage assembly to transition from the collapsed state to the expanded state, and a stabilization section configured to restrain the inflatable section during inflation.
Externally threaded expandable orthopedic implant
An expandable screw for orthopedic insertion and expansion between a collapsed state and an expanded state. The screw has an upper externally-threaded body segment, a lower externally-threaded body segment opposite the upper external thread segments, and an expansion member extending along a longitudinal axis thereof. The expansion member connecting the upper externally-threaded body segment to the lower externally-threaded body segment, and configured during the expansion between the collapsed state and the expanded state to separate the upper externally-threaded body segment from the lower externally-threaded body segment.
