INTERVERTEBRAL IMPLANT
The present invention provides an intervertebral implant for implantation in a treated area of an intervertebral space between vertebral bodies of a spine. The implant includes a spacer portion having an inferior and superior surface, wherein the inferior and superior surfaces each have a contact area capable of engaging with anatomy in the treated area, and the inferior and superior surfaces define a through-hole extending through the spacer body. The present invention further provides holes extending from a side portion to the inferior and superior surfaces of the spacer portion and a plate portion rigidly coupled to the spacer portion, wherein the plate portion contains holes for receiving screws. A fastener back out prevention mechanism adapted on the plate to prevent the back out of the fasteners from the holes and to secure the spacer to the plate of the intervertebral implant.

A spacer for separating bones of a joint, the spacer includes a first endplate configured to engage a first bone of the joint; a second endplate configured to engage a second bone of the joint; and an actuation subassembly comprising a drive nut, a drive screw coupled to the drive nut, and a cam frame coupled to the drive screw, wherein the cam frame is disposed between the first endplate and the second endplate, wherein the cam frame comprises a proximal frame end, a distal frame end, and lateral frame sides, wherein cams disposed on the lateral frame sides selectively engage at least one of the first endplate or the second endplate.
Spine implant with cam screws for inhibiting bone anchor backout
A spine implant for an ALIF procedure includes anchoring members being either a bone screw or flexible barb, each having a head on one end of a shaft, and a tip on another end of the shaft. The spine implant includes a porous cage having a front, rear, central cavity, and three angled bores in the front that extend into the central cavity configured to receive one of the plurality of anchoring members such that the tip of the anchoring member extends from one or another side of the cavity with its head retained in the front. The spine implant further includes two retention members configured for insertion into the front such that a portion of the two retention members are positioned over the heads of two, adjacent anchoring members to inhibit bone anchor backout via cam action between the retention member and the heads of the anchoring members.

TIBIAL TRAY WITH FIXATION FEATURES
An orthopaedic prosthesis including a tibial tray is disclosed. The tibial tray includes a distal pocket and a plurality of inner pockets. Each inner pocket includes a channel sized to receive bone cement. The tibial tray includes distal-facing surfaces that have a surface roughness (Ra) equal to about 5.0 microns.
MULTI-PIECE INTERVERTEBRAL IMPLANTS
Intervertebral implants for implanting into an intervertebral space are provided. The implants can comprise one or more layers that are operably attached to one another. An implant can comprise a first layer having a first mating surface that mates with a second mating surface of a second layer. The first mating surface and the second mating surface can have features that allow them to complement each other. The implants can include one or more bore holes for receiving a fixation member. The bore holes can be horizontal, vertical or diagonal. In some cases, the bore holes will be blind bore holes.
