Expandable spinal fusion implant, related instruments and methods
A system for performing interbody fusion surgery including an expandable intervertebral spacer and specialized instruments for choosing the correct size of implant, implanting the device within the intervertebral space, and for delivery of bone graft or bone substitute to the interior of the implant.
ARTICULAR SURFACE IMPLANT SYSTEMS AND METHODS INCLUDING GLENOID REVERSE SHOULDER
The present disclosure provides an implant system. The implant system includes an anchor configured to be secured to bone within an excision site formed in a patients glenoid, said anchor including a shank and an enlarged head. The implant system also includes a baseplate including a body comprising: a bone facing surface; an implant facing surface; and a channel configured to extend radially from an entrance in an outer periphery of said body to a central region of said baseplate, said channel configured to receive said enlarged head and a portion of said shank and including an open region formed, at least in part, in said bone facing surface. The implant system also includes an implant including a body defining a load bearing surface and a baseplate recess, said baseplate recess configured to receive at least a portion of said implant facing surface to said baseplate such that said implant is coupled to said baseplate.
Adjustable implant and insertion tool
An adjustable spinal implant includes a lower body, an upper body, a locking pawl, and a locking key. The upper body and the lower body are pivotable relative to one another between a collapsed position and an expanded position. The upper body includes a locking flange that extends towards the lower body. The locking pawl is coupled to the lower body and is moveable between a locked position such that the upper and lower bodies are fixed relative to the one another and an unlocked position such that the upper and lower bodies are moveable relative to one another. The locking key is moveable between a locked state such that the locking pawl is fixed in the locked position and an unlocked state wherein the locking pawl is moveable between the locked position and the unlocked position.
WRIST IMPLANTS
The present invention provides a prosthetic wrist implant comprising: a radial implant component having an elongated radial stem extending proximally adapted for attachment to radius, a carpal implant component having a distal surface adapted for attachment to one or more carpal bones, and a interposed component between the radial implant component and the carpal implant component that is flexible and allows for changes in orientation between the radial component and the carpal components relative to each other component.
A Flexible Osteochondral or Chondral Graft
A flexible osteochondral tissue graft or graft containing cartilage and underlying bone is provided with slits formed by water cutting. Various slit designs, or grooves enhance the flexibility of the graft and create a controlled open-pore structure to enhance cell infiltration and/or tissue integration.
Anatomical Wedge Implant
An osteotomy implant includes a first surface extending generally in a first plane and a second surface extending generally in a second plane, oblique to the first plane. The first surface has a perimeter having a first linear edge, a first curve edge connected to the first linear edge, a second linear edge connected to the first curved edge, and a second curved edge connected to the second liner edge.

Spinner body
An intervertebral implant can include a housing having a first end and second end with a top side and bottom side therebetween, with at least one engagement opening in the top side and/or bottom side, the implant having a first dimension from the top side to the bottom side; a shaft rotatably located within the housing and having a shaft head exposed through an end opening in the first end, the shaft head having a tool coupling member; the cam mechanism operably coupled with the shaft such that rotation of the shaft rotates the cam mechanism; and at least one engaging surface operably coupled to the cam mechanism such that rotation of the shaft protrudes and/or retracts each engaging surface through an engagement opening, wherein when each engaging surface protrudes through the engagement opening, the implant has a second dimension that is greater than the first dimension.
