ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM
An adjustment mechanism, including a first, second and third element pivotally connected to each other in series; locking means to lock the respective elements in a selected position relative to each other; and a pushbutton actuating mechanism that releases the locking means such that the elements are independently pivotal with respect to each other and release of the pushbutton actuating mechanisms re-engages the locking means.

Adjustable desk
A desk has a base that rests on an underlying floor surface, a work surface that is supported by the base, and a seat that is rotatably connected to the base for rotation between a first position, located in a conventional position behind the desk so a person may sit at the desk, and a second position, located to one side of the desk so that a person may instead stand at the desk. The seat is adjustable radially relative to its axis of rotation, vertically up and down relative to the floor surface, and angularly toward its axis of rotation.

HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE SUPPORT SURFACE AND SYSTEM FOR ENCOURAGING HUMAN MOVEMENT AND PROMOTING WELLNESS
A height adjustable table assembly system comprising a worktop, a frame, a height adjustment subassembly integrated into the table assembly and adapted to cause worktop elevation adjustment, a user interface and a processor programmed to perform the steps of, while the worktop is at a current elevation position, upon sensing a quick multiple activation of the interface, controlling the height adjustment subassembly to move the worktop to a stored elevation position and upon sensing a prolonged activation of the interface, controlling the height adjustment subassembly to change worktop elevation while the prolonged activation persists.
Lift mechanism systems and methods
The invention includes a display positioning assembly comprising a support, a display supported by the support, and a balance mechanism carried by the display and operatively connected to the support. The invention also includes an article for selectively exposing a display comprising a generally planar support surface having a first side and a second side opposite the first side. A balance mechanism operatively connected to a display may be positionable between a storage position proximate the first side of the generally planar support surface and an exposed position proximate the second side of the generally planar support surface. The invention also includes an assembly for arresting the free fall of an object. The assembly may comprise an outer slide in sliding or rolling engagement with an inner slide, and a brake comprising at least one pivot member may be coupled to the inner slide.
Convertible sit-to-stand desk
A convertible sit-to-stand desk has a desktop that is manually movable into and between a lowered position and a raised position, a base that is configured to support the desktop with respect to a supporting surface, and a supporting frame that supports the desktop with respect to the base. The supporting frame facilitates movement of the desktop into and between the lowered and raised positions. The supporting frame comprises first and second sub-frame assemblies disposed on opposite sides of the desktop, respectively.

Height adjustable desk
A height adjustable desk includes a worksurface, a first leg and a second leg connected to the worksurface. The first leg is provided with a first motor to drive a first lifting apparatus for telescoping the first leg, while the second leg is provided with a second motor to drive a second lifting apparatus for telescoping the second leg. Each of the first motor and the second motor is provided with a magnetic device and two sensors. The magnetic device has several N-pole sections and S-pole sections, and the sensor detect a change of a magnetic field when the motor is turning. A control unit receives the signals of the sensor, and changes a speed of at least one of the motors until the signals are synchronous again when the control unit found that the signals are not synchronous.
