ARTIFICIAL INTERVERTEBRAL DISC WITH LOWER HEIGHT
The disclosure provides an intervertebral disc and related methods. An upper plate includes an upper vertebra contacting portion and a lower bearing surface portion. The upper vertebra contacting portion includes a convex central portion, and a fin or anchoring element with a transverse hole therethrough. A lower plate has a lower vertebra contacting surface and an upper bearing surface. The lower vertebra contacting surface of the lower plate has a convex central portion. The upper bearing surface has a concavity disposed opposite the convex central portion and wherein the convex central portion and the concavity have nesting curvatures. A core positioned between the upper and lower plates has rigid upper and lower convex surfaces configured to slide and translate over the bearing surfaces of the upper and lower plates.
DETERMINING IMPLANTATION CONFIGURATION FOR A PROSTHETIC COMPONENT OR APPLICATION OF A RESURFACING TOOL
Systems and methods for modifying a shoulder joint configuration exhibiting wear that take into account resultant of forces responsible for the wear of the glenoid surface from geometric characteristics of wear.

GLENOID ARTHROPLASTY WITH MULTI-DIRECTIONAL FIXATION
Arthroplasty components include an articular surface and a bone-facing surface. The bone-facing surface bears at least one anchoring element adapted for an oblique implantation trajectory. The anchoring element includes a reinforcement plate, a dowel, and surface features. Each surface feature resists forces acting along a different direction.
OFFSET REAMERS
An offset reamer system may include a glenoid arthroplasty implant and an offset reamer including a reamer head and a reamer driver. The reamer head may include a cutting side, a reverse side, a first rotational axis, and a first passageway that receives a guide wire therethrough to guide the reamer head. The reamer driver may rotatably couple with the reamer head along a second rotational axis that may be oriented at an oblique angle relative to the first rotational axis of the reamer head. The reamer driver may rotate about the second rotational axis and transmit torque to the reamer head to rotate the reamer head about the first rotational axis, causing the cutting side of the reamer head to prepare a reamed surface on a glenoid fossa.
Unicompartmental knee arthroplasty systems and methods
A surgical implant includes a tray extending from a first end to a second end along a first plane, the tray including an upper surface and a lower surface, a first post coupled to and extending from the tray away from the first plane and configured to be inserted into a bone portion, the first post including a first opening extending through the first post, a second post coupled to and extending from the tray away from the first plane and configured to be implanted into the bone portion, the second post including a second opening extending through the second post, and a fastener removably coupled to the first post and the second post, the fastener extending from a first fastener end to a second fastener end through the first opening and the second opening.
Expanded spinal fusion cage
An expanded spinal fusion cage is provided and includes: an outer frame; a sliding block set with a middle sliding block located within the outer frame, and the middle sliding block is located between two outer sliding blocks; a screw rod penetrating through and combined with the outer frame, and the screw rod is screwed with the middle sliding block, so that the middle sliding block is moved in translation in the outer frame and simultaneously expands the two outer sliding blocks by rotating the screw rod; two curved surface elements located outside the outer frame and combined with the two outer sliding blocks respectively, each of the curved surface elements has a wing plate; and two vertebral arch screws penetrating through and combined with the two wing plates.
