Embodiments of the invention include an apparatus for positioning an electronic display. The apparatus can be combined with an existing work surface to provide a multi-position workstation. In some cases the apparatus includes a mounting portion configured to support an electronic display and a keyboard. The mounting portion may be movable with respect to the work surface between multiple positions, including for example, a sitting position and a standing position. Methods for positioning an electronic display and a keyboard are also included.

The present invention provides a computer desk, including a desktop and a desktop supplementary board connected to the desktop using a turning device. The desktop is provided with an accommodating gap, and a display is mounted on the turning device. The desktop supplementary board, relative to the desktop, has a first position and a second position. When at the first position, the desktop supplementary board is in the accommodating gap, and the display stands upright on the desktop. When at the second position, the display is in the accommodating gap for ease of flat use, and the desktop supplementary board is located below the desktop.

A system for presenting an electronic device on a display table is disclosed. The system includes a table, a processor, an electronic device, and a cable. The table includes a display screen, and the display screen is operably connected to the processor. The electronic device is disposed on the table and includes a touch screen. The cable connects the electronic device to the processor. The touch screen of the electronic device is configured to display an image that changes in response to an input to the touch screen. The display screen of the table is configured to display an image that changes in response to the input to the touch screen of the electronic device. A change in the display screen image comprises a graphical continuation of a change in the touch screen image.

A table combination includes a table plate supported on legs, the table plate includes a chamber, a displayer device is engaged in the chamber of the table plate and includes a connector, and a shield is engaged in the chamber of the table plate and disposed on the displayer device, and the shield includes an opening formed in the shield. A carrying bag is engaged in the opening of the shield. The carrying bag includes a housing having a base wall and an upper wall, and a cover panel is extended from the upper wall and foldable relative to the upper wall and movable toward the upper wall, a base plate is engaged in the housing, a support device is foldably attached to the base plate with a hinge device.

A table combination includes a table plate supported on legs, the table plate includes a chamber, a displayer device is engaged in the chamber of the table plate and includes a connector, and a shield is engaged in the chamber of the table plate and disposed on the displayer device, and the shield includes an opening formed in the shield. A carrying bag is engaged in the opening of the shield. The carrying bag includes a housing having a base wall and an upper wall, and a cover panel is extended from the upper wall and foldable relative to the upper wall and movable toward the upper wall, a base plate is engaged in the housing, a support device is foldably attached to the base plate with a hinge device.

A terminal is provided. The terminal includes a horizontal touch-based operating surface, a first vertical support side car, and a second vertical support safe enclosure. The operating surface includes integrated transaction devices that perform transaction processing on the terminal. The operating surface can be dynamically switched between a self-service mode of operation, an assisted service mode of operation, and a teller-service mode of operation. Each mode of operation dynamically orients displayed information on the operating surface to a particular side or both sides of the operating surface and selectively activates and deactivates the integrated devices.

An electric lifting platform includes a platform table, a two-way screw fixed below a bottom surface of the platform table, a motor including an output end fixedly connected to one end of the two-way screw, a sliding device fixed on the bottom surface of the platform table and parallel to the two-way screw, and two movable frames. First ends of the two movable frames are fixed at positions on the bottom surface of the platform table close to two ends of the platform table, respectively. Second ends of the two movable frames are connected to two screw nuts of the two-way screw, respectively, and also connected to two ends of the sliding device, respectively.

In some examples, an electronic classroom desk includes a desktop comprising a display device, and a processor to authenticate a student at the electronic classroom desk based on received authentication information of the student, and responsive to authenticating the student: cause display, on the display device, of class material selected based on a criterion relating to which class the student is currently attending, and cause display, on the display device, of student-specific information that corresponds individually to the student, without regard to the criterion.
