TRBC BETA ANTIBODY CONJUGATE
The present disclosure provides an antibody conjugate that binds specifically to TCR beta constant region (TRBC), wherein the antibody has a fast dissociation rate constant (k.sub.d). It further provides medical uses and methods of personalised medicine that exploit the products of the invention.
Cleavable tetrazine used in bio-orthogonal drug activation
Disclosed is an advancement in provoked chemical cleavage. Thereby the invention provides the use of a diene as a chemically cleavable group attached to a Construct, and the use of a dienophile to provoke the release of the Construct by allowing the diene to react with a dienophile capable of undergoing an inverse electron demand Diels Alder reaction with the diene. The invention includes a kit for releasing a Construct C.sup.A bound to a Trigger T.sup.R, the kit having a tetrazine and a dienophile, wherein the Trigger is the tetrazine. The invention also includes the use of the formation of a pyridazine by reacting a tetrazine having a Construct C.sup.A bound thereto and a dienophile, as a chemical tool for the release, in a chemical, biological or physiological environment, of the Construct.
ANTI-MERTK AGONISTIC ANTIBODIES AND USES THEREOF
The present disclosure provides antibody-drug conjugates comprising (i) antibodies that specifically bind to Mer Tyrosine Kinase (MERTK) (e.g., human MERTK, or both human and mouse MERTK), and (ii) cytotoxic agents conjugated directly to the antibodies or conjugated to the antibodies via linkers, and compositions comprising such antibody-drug conjugates, wherein the antibodies contained in the antibody-drug conjugates agonize MERTK signaling of endothelial cells. The present disclosure also provides methods for treating cancer, by administering an antibody-drug conjugate that comprises (i) an antibody that specifically binds to MERTK and agonizes MERTK signaling of endothelial cells, and (ii) a cytotoxic agent conjugated directly to the antibody or conjugated to the antibody via a linker.

NON-ADULT HUMAN DOSING OF ANTI-CD30 ANTIBODY-DRUG CONJUGATES
The invention provides, inter alia, methods of treating a disorder characterized by pathological activity of CD30+ cells, such as in certain solid, hematological and lymphoid cancers, in a non-adult human subject by administering an effective amount of an anti-CD30 ADC (antibody drug conjugate), such as, brentuximab vedotin, to the subject. The invention also provides corresponding kits and articles of manufacture suitable for performing the methods provided by the invention.
Phage-Displayed Accessible Recombinant Targeted Antibodies and Methods of Making Same
Isolated or recombinant EphA5 or GRP78 targeting antibodies are provided. In some cases, antibodies of the embodiments can be used for the detection, diagnosis and/or therapeutic treatment of human diseases, such as cancer. A method of rapidly identifying antibodies or antibody fragments for the treatment of cancer using a combination of in vitro and in vivo methodologies is also provided.
ROR1-SPECIFIC ANTIGEN BINDING MOLECULES
The present invention relates to receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor 1 (ROR1) specific antigen binding molecules and associated fusion proteins and conjugates. In a further aspect, the present invention relates to conjugated immunoglobulin-like shark variable novel antigen receptors (VNARs).
COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS FOR THE TREATMENT OF TUMOR HEMATOPOIETIC ORIGIN
The present invention is directed to compositions of matter useful for the treatment of hematopoietic tumor in mammals and to methods of using those compositions of matter for the same.
CYSTEINE LINKED NANOBODY DIMERS
The present invention relates to dimers comprising a first polypeptide and a second polypeptide, wherein each of said first and second polypeptide comprises at least one immunoglobulin single variable domain (1ISVD) and a C-terminal extension comprising a cysteine moiety (preferably at the C-terminus), wherein said first polypeptide and said second polypeptide are covalently linked via a disulfide bond between the cysteine moiety of said first polypeptide and the cysteine moiety of said second polypeptide, in which the dimer outperformed the benchmark constructs, e.g. cognate multivalent and multispecific constructs, in various assays. The present invention provides methods for making the dimers of the invention.
MACROPINOCYTOSING HUMAN ANTI-CD46 ANTIBODIES AND TARGETED CANCER THERAPEUTICS
In various embodiments human anti-CD46 antibodies that are internalizing and enter tumor cells via the macropinocytosis pathway are provided, as well as antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) developed from these antibodies for diagnostic and/or therapeutic targeting of CD46-overexpressing tumors.
