COMPOSITE LAMINATE BODY AND DISPOSABLE DIAPER
A composite laminate is provided with improved appearance aesthetics and functionality for use in disposable diaper and hygiene products, providing particularly low elongation dependency of unload power, and a soft feel. The composite laminate body has a plurality of elastic fibers arranged in parallel in one direction, interposed between two sheets of cloth; and resin bonding the elastic fibers and the two sheets of cloth, provided in a plurality of strands arranged to be parallel in one direction that intersects with the elastic fibers; wherein the two sheets of cloth and the elastic fibers are separated between locations where adjacent resin strands and elastic fibers intersect in the longitudinal direction of the elastic fibers.
Absorbent article with waistband
A disposable absorbent article is disclosed that includes a first waist region, a second waist region, a crotch region disposed between the first waist region and second waist region, a waist edge in the first waist region, at least one waistband in the first waist region, at least one fastener in the second waist region, and at least one discrete landing zone in the first waist region, the discrete landing zone comprising an lateral inboard edge, wherein the discrete landing zone and the waistband overlap to form an overlap region in the first waist region, and wherein the waistband does not overlap the lateral inboard edge of the discrete landing zone.
Disposable pull-on garment
An absorbent article having a longitudinal centerline, a front region, a crotch region, and a back region. The absorbent article has a main portion, a side portion, and a waist portion. The waist portion has a belt portion that has a front belt portion having elastomeric material and a back belt portion having elastomeric material. The front belt portion has a first elastic section and a second elastic section, each section having force zones. The back belt portion has a third elastic section and a fourth elastic section, each section having force zones. The force zones in the portions alternate between a high force zone and a low force zone in at least one belt portion.
Pant structure with efficiently manufactured and aesthetically pleasing rear leg edge profile
A disposable absorbent pant having a front belt portion and a rear belt portion is disclosed. The front and rear belt portions are joined at side seams and the rear belt portion has a greater length than the front belt portion. A lower edge of the rear belt portion forms at least in part edges of left and right leg openings to the rear of the side seams. The rear belt portion includes first and second layers of nonwoven web material sandwiching a plurality of laterally extending and laterally pre-strained elastic strands, disposed below the side seams. A first of the plurality of elastic strands differs from a second of the plurality of elastic strands by one or more of amount of pre-strain, tensile modulus, decitex, and combinations thereof.
ABSORBENT ARTICLE
A leak-proof cuff (28) is divided into a lower region (40) and a upper region (41). The upper region (41) includes a first region (41A) located at the side of a free edge (28B) relative to the center in the width direction (Y) and a second region (41B) located at the side of a folding line (42). In each of the first region (41A) and the second region (41B), at least one elastic member (29) extending along the longitudinal direction (X) is provided in a stretched state. In a case where the elongation of the upper region (41) in a natural state is 0, and the elongation in a maximum stretched state is 100, the stress 1 of the first region (41A) is larger than the stress 2 of the second region (41B) at an elongation of 5, and the stress 2 of the second region (41B) is larger than the stress 1 of the first region (41A) at an elongation of 100.
WEARABLE ARTICLE HAVING ELASTIC BELT
Disclosed is a wearable article comprising a main body and a ring-like elastic belt comprising a front belt and a back belt. At least some of the elastic bodies may be arranged in an array, the array defined as meeting: a) one array is formed by 2-10 elastic bodies; b) each elastic body within one array is disposed in an inner-interval between each elastic body of 2-4 mm; and c) one specific array disposed in an extra-interval between at least one neighboring elastic bodies outside the specific array of greater than the inner-interval. Further, the front belt may comprise at least 5 arrays.
WEARABLE ARTICLE HAVING ELASTIC BELT
The present disclosure relates to wearable articles having an elastic belt having arrays of elastic bodies.
Disposable pant-type absorbent article
The disclosure relates to a disposable pant-type absorbent article, such as a pant diaper, a sanitary pant or incontinence pant, for an adult user. The absorbent article has a longitudinal direction (Y) and a transverse direction (X). The absorbent article includes a front body panel having a first at least partly elastic region extending along leg edges of the front body panel, and a second at least partly elastic region located next to the first elastic region. A back body panel has a third elastic region extending at least partly over the buttocks-covering section of the back body panel. Each of the elastic regions is elasticised by means of a plurality of elastic threads arranged substantially in the transverse direction across a major portion of the front or back body panel. A side edge of the third elastic region overlaps in the longitudinal direction both a side edge of the first at least partly elastic region and part of a side edge of the second at least partly elastic region at the side seams.
ABSORBENT ARTICLE WITH WAISTBAND
A disposable absorbent article is disclosed that includes a first waist region, a second waist region, a crotch region disposed between the first waist region and second waist region, a waist edge in the first waist region, at least one waistband in the first waist region adjacent the waist edge, at least one fastener in the second waist region, and a waist assembly in the first waist region, wherein the waist assembly has a Corrugation Regularity greater than about 75%.
