A securable vertical toolbox includes a vertically disposed frame, a plurality of wheels for transporting the vertically disposed frame, and a plurality of support panels configured to extend horizontally from the vertically disposed frame, each of the support panels including a peg board configured to support tool supporting fixtures. The securable vertical toolbox further includes an enclosure including a rear panel, a top panel, and two doors configured to surround the vertically disposed frame when the plurality of support panels are retracted into the vertically disposed frame and the two doors are secured, each of the two doors including a first panel configured to cover a side portion of the vertically disposed frame and a second panel configured to cover a front portion of the vertically disposed frame.

Telescoping dunnage rack

An adjustable rack assembly includes a base frame defining an upper end and an open front side and an extension frame defining an upper end, a bottom end and an open front side. The extension frame is slidably mounted to the base frame. The assembly further includes an actuator coupled between the base frame and the extension frame and operable to move the extension frame between a collapsed position and an extended position. A compartment unit is supported by the extension frame and is at least partially collapsible to accommodate the movement of the extension frame between the collapsed position and the extended position.

Medical Technology Station and Method of Use

The invention includes a medical technology station and a method for using the medical technology cart. The station can be a portable cart that can be movable, such as rollable, and has a computer system. Attached to the cart is a housing that communicates with the computer system. Insertable in the housing is a cassette system that includes a series of drawers. The drawers are openable and preferably closeable on command from a user. The drawers have a readable unique drawer identifier that is readable by sensors in the cassette. The cassette also preferably includes proximity sensors, while the drawers contain a target for the proximity sensors. In use, an operator, with proper credentials, can, though the computer system, identify a drawer to be opened by the computer system. The cassette and drawers can be removed from the housing and transported to another location for filling of the drawers with medications or other supplies.

The exemplary embodiments herein provide a medical cart having a drawer with a post which extends upwardly from a bottom surface of the drawer. The cart further includes a removable medication delivery module having four sidewalls and a bottom wall as well as a plurality of individually-lockable bins placed above the bottom wall and within the four sidewalls. A lock may be positioned above the bottom wall and below the plurality of individually-lockable bins with an aperture on the lock which engages with the post and a hole in the bottom wall sized to accept the post.

Method for controlling access to medications

The exemplary embodiments herein provide a method for controlling access to medications. The method preferably includes the step of electronically unlocking a lid for a single bin out of a plurality of bins within a delivery module at a first location, to accept a medication into the unlocked bin, where the rest of the bins in the same delivery module remain locked. The method should then engage a mechanical lock on the lid once it has been closed, maintain the bin in a locked state during transport to a second location, and engage a mechanical lock on the delivery module once it has been lowered into a drawer at the second location.

Obstetric hemorrhage cart

A obstetric hemorrhage cart having a chassis riding on wheels, drawers supported by the chassis, a cooling apparatus such as a refrigerator in the chassis, a locking bar pivotally attached to the chassis, a scale drawer, a scale mounted in the scale drawer, and a positionable task light attached to the chassis. Each of the drawers may include a drawer lock shiftable between a locked position and an unlocked position. The locking bar may be lockable in a blocking orientation and shiftable to a non-blocking orientation when unlocked, thus serving as a secondary safety lock preventing the drawers and a cooling apparatus door from inadvertently opening during travel. The scale may have a weight surface and a scale display, and the scale drawer may have a window for viewing the scale display from a front of the chassis when the scale drawer is open.
