SAFETY SYRINGE STRUCTURE
A safety syringe structure includes a combined structure of a syringe barrel, a needle retreater, a needle, and a plunger. The needle retreater and the plunger are slidably received in the syringe barrel. The needle retreater is arranged adjacent to the front end of the syringe barrel. The needle is coupled to the needle retreater. The plunger has an end extended to form a sharp tip and is provided with a plug facing the needle retreater. The sharp tip extends outside the plug in a direction toward the needle retreater. The sharp tip is movable with the plunger toward the front end of the syringe barrel to pierce into and couple with the through hole of the needle retreater; and the sharp tip is movable with the plunger toward the rear end of the syringe barrel to drive, through the needle retreater, the needle into the channel.
Safety syringe
One embodiment is directed to a safety syringe system, comprising: an off-the-shelf syringe assembly comprising a syringe body and a plunger tip; a needle assembly removably coupleable to the distal end of the syringe body such that medicinal fluid may be transferred through a retractable needle coupled to a needle housing comprising the needle assembly upon insertion of the plunger tip relative to the syringe body; and a plunger control assembly coupled to the plunger tip and configured to facilitate manual insertion of the plunger tip relative to the syringe body; wherein upon insertion of the plunger tip to a final insertion state and release of an associated manual insertion load, the plunger tip may be proximally withdrawn, pulling the retractable needle proximally relative to the needle housing to a safe locked and retracted state wherein it is no longer exposed for injection.
Frontal attachment device for syringe with rotationally activated retractable needle
A medical device attachable to the front of a conventional syringe and having a hub assembly selectively attachable to the syringe, a nose projecting forwardly from the hub assembly, a rearwardly biased needle retraction mechanism seated inside the nose, a retractable needle projecting forwardly of the nose, and a fluid flow path from the fluid chamber through the hub assembly, nose, needle retraction assembly and needle, wherein the needle is retracted into the nose and a retraction tube external to the syringe by rotating the syringe relative to the nose.
SAFE SYRINGE
The invention relates to a Safe Syringe comprising a barrel, a needle seat and a plunger, wherein the needle seat has a hook rod, a linkage deformation portion and a barrel clamping portion; and the plunger has a rod body, and a hook insertion hole which can be sleeved with the hook rod of the needle seat and compress the linkage deformation portion for elastic deformation such that the barrel clamping portion of the needle seat is not clamped into the seat clamping slot of the barrel, and the hook insertion hole can hook the hook rod of the needle seat to move the needle seat. The Safe Syringe can allow stable positioning and quick pullback of the needle seat and effectively reduce liquid medicine residue.

SYRINGE WITH RETRACTABLE NEEDLE
The invention relates to a syringe with a retractable needle comprising a barrel (2) having a nozzle (19) integrated in a male Luer adapter element (26); a piston (3) slidably arranged in the barrel (2) and coupled to a sealing element (16), said sealing element (16) having a central channel (20); a needle assembly comprising a needle (4), a needle holder (6) and a female Luer adapter element (7); a spring assembly arranged in the piston (3) comprising a spring sleeve (12), a spring (13) mounted on the spring sleeve (12), a spring tensioning element (14) located on the spring sleeve (12) and held in position by the piston wall, and a plunger (15) mounted within the spring sleeve; and a piston cap (10); said piston (3) being coupled to the sealing element (16) by means of the spring tensioning element (14); said spring sleeve (12) being held in position within the piston (3) by a ring element (18) protruding from the inner wall of the piston (3) and supporting the proximal end of the spring sleeve (12), the spring sleeve extending into the channel (20) of the sealing element (16) to the distal end thereof; said spring sleeve (12) comprising at its distal end a circular protrusion (21) on the inside designed to engage a circular recess (22) at the proximal end of the needle holder (6); wherein the piston (3) comprises a holding ring (11) on its inner surface designed to engage with an outer flange (17) of the spring sleeve (12) after actuation of the spring (13).
Retractable self-destructing safety syringe with pre-attached needle
A retractable self-destructing safety syringe with pre-attached needle including a barrel, an inner needle base disposed in a barrel neck at an end of the barrel body, and an elastic engagement mechanism formed between the barrel neck and the inner needle base is provided. An asymmetric elastic locking member having an elastic function is disposed at the end of the plunger, with which a sleeve-type retractable locking member on the needle base can be interlocked by the elastic function. After being retracted into the barrel body, the needle base together with the needle will be forced to deflect to one side under an asymmetric force, and the needle therefore will be forced to incline in a direction nearly a 45 degree angle toward to one side of the inner wall of the barrel and is blocked by the barrel neck, so that the needle and the needle base could not be pushed out the barrel neck again and self-destruction of the syringe is truly achieved. The asymmetric elastic locking member is a plastic hook which is formed with the plunger body by one-time molding process.
Safety syringe having an automatic activated retractable needle
A syringe assembly for fluid collection includes a housing having a sidewall defining a hollow bore therein, and an elongate plunger with the distal end of the plunger forming a chamber within the hollow bore for containing a fluid therein. The plunger is adapted for slideable movement within the hollow bore between an initial position and a retracted position. The assembly includes a hub disposed at least partially within the hollow bore and at least partially supporting a cannula therewith. The hub is adapted to automatically transition from an initial position in which at least a portion of the cannula is disposed external to the housing, to a retracted position in which the cannula is fully shielded by the housing, upon transition of the elongate plunger from the initial position to the retracted position.
