An accessory for an injection device having a needle cap. The accessory comprises a body portion comprising a recess adapted to receive the injection device and a cover coupled to the body portion. The cover is pivotally moveable between an open position and a closed position. The accessory further comprises a cap remover comprising a grip adapted to hold the needle cap. The body portion comprises a track within which the cap remover is arranged to move axially with respect to the body portion. The track is adapted such that when the injection device is located in the body portion the cap remover is held against the track by the injection device.

An accessory for an injection device having a safety shield and at least one flange adapted to allow a user to grip the injection device and a syringe sheath moveable relative to the at least one flange from a pre-injection position to a locked-out position. The accessory comprises a body portion comprising a recess adapted to receive the safety shield of the injection device and a slot adapted to receive the at least one flange of the injection device.

The cover is pivotally moveable between an open position in which the recess is exposed to receive the injection device, and a closed position in which the cover at least partially closes the recess to hold the injection device in the body portion. The accessory further comprises a cap remover comprising a grip, the cap remover having an expanded configuration in which the needle cap can pass between the grip, and a constricted configuration in which the grip holds the needle cap to at least partially remove the needle cap from the injection device.

A safety device for an injection syringe including a syringe support, a protective sheath for protecting an injection needle carried by the syringe, the sheath being mounted to slide relative to the syringe support between an injection position in which the needle is uncovered, and a protection position in which the needle is covered, the sheath having an initial grip surface enabling the device to be gripped by a user, and a return spring for urging the sheath into the protection position. The sheath also includes an extender member for extending the initial grip surface and fitted on the sheath in such a manner as to present a larger grip surface, referred to as an enlarged grip surface.

Provided is a cap for an injector comprising a syringe with a needle cover. The cap comprises a first cap body part in the form of a sleeve having forward and rear openings; a second cap body part in the form of a plug arranged for receipt by said forward opening of said sleeve form first cap body part, wherein said plug form second body part defines a plug top and an inner plug body, and wherein said inner plug body defines a protruding pocket; and arranged for receipt within said protruding pocket of the inner plug body, a metal connector defining plural needle cover gripping elements arranged around a central hub, wherein each gripping element is provided with one or more barbs for gripping the needle cover. The first cap body part, second cap body part and connector are provided as separate parts. In the assembled cap, the plug top of the plug form second cap body part forms a cover for the forward opening of the sleeve form first cap body part, and the needle cover gripping elements of the connector extend into the sleeve form first cap body part.

A grip accessory for a manual injection device comprises a housing comprising a generally hollow body configured to support a manual injection device therein. The housing comprises a distal portion comprising a first opening into which a manual injection device can be inserted, a proximal portion having a second opening through which the needle of the manual injection device extends. The proximal portion comprises a skin contacting surface at a proximal end of the device that can be placed against an injection site. An intermediate portion extends between the proximal and distal portions.

A packaging body is configured to house a prefilled syringe that comprises an outer cylinder fillable with a liquid and a plunger movable with respect to the outer cylinder. The packaging body includes a container comprising a housing portion configured to house the prefilled syringe. The housing portion is configured to house the prefilled syringes with various protrusion lengths of the plungers from the outer cylinders, and comprises a first regulating portion that regulates movement of the plunger in a distal end direction in a housed state in which the prefilled syringe is housed in the housing portion.

Described is a cap for covering a needle shield on a needle of a medicament container, the cap comprising a cylindrical portion having a first outer diameter, a disc portion disposed on a distal end of the cylindrical portion, the disc portion having a second outer diameter larger than the first outer diameter, and a gripping surface disposed on an inner surface of the cylindrical portion and adapted to a frictionally engage a needle shield on a needle.

Described is a cap (60) for covering a needle shield (29) on a needle (26) of a medicament container (20), the cap (60) comprising a cylindrical portion (61) having a first outer diameter, a disc portion (62) disposed on a distal end of the cylindical portion (61), the disc portion (62) having a second outer diameter larger than the first outer diameter; and a gripping surface (63) disposed on an inner surface of the cylindiral portion (61) and adapted to frictionally engage a needle shield (29) on a needle (26).
