BRINE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR ACHIEVING ZERO LIQUID DISCHARGE
Methods, apparatus, and systems for removing salt from brine are provided. A surfactant is mixed with the brines and the brines are atomized to form airborne brine droplets from which the liquid component can be rapidly evaporated. The remaining airborne salt particles are than filtered from the air stream and the water vapor condensed for collection and downstream use or processing.
Gasifier for sterilizer and cleaning method of gasifier for sterilizer
A device capable of stably obtaining gas of a sterilizer containing hydrogen peroxide for a long time is provided. A cleaning device that cleans a heating surface that gasifies a sterilizer of a gasifier for a sterilizer is provided, and after an operation for a fixed time period, the heating surface is cleaned.
CHEMICAL SOLUTION EVAPORATION DEVICE AND SUBSTRATE PROCESSING DEVICE INCLUDING THE SAME
A chemical solution vaporization device includes a chemical solution tank including chemical solution vaporization rooms, a chemical solution sensing room, and a chemical solution supply room. A first internal wall separating the plurality of chemical solution vaporization rooms from each other includes a first opening at a lower portion thereof. A second internal wall separating at least one of the plurality of chemical solution vaporization rooms from the chemical solution supply room includes a second opening at a lower portion thereof. A third internal wall separating at least one of the plurality of chemical solution vaporization rooms from the chemical solution sensing room includes a third opening at a lower portion thereof. And a lower portion of a fourth internal wall separating the chemical solution sensing room from the chemical solution supply room is combined with the lower wall.
Anti-Blocking Seawater Desalination Device Based on Graphene Filtering
The invention relates to an anti-blocking seawater desalination device based on graphene filtering, comprising heating device, solar heat-collecting device, fresh water condensation heat-exchange device and thermal-expansion and cold-shrinkage control valve mechanism; the heating device can fully heat and distill seawater, the sprayed seawater is distilled by graphene heat-conduction layers to improve the distillation efficiency and avoiding blocking; the distilled water vapor enters into fresh water condensation heat-exchange device to exchange heat with seawater, increasing the seawater temperature, making full use of the heat in water vapor, and increasing water vapor condensation speed; the distilled concentrated seawater enters into the thermal-expansion and cold-shrinkage control valve mechanism, the flow of seawater entering into the heating device is controlled by the concentrated seawater temperature, when the temperature is too high, the flow of the seawater entering into the heating device increases, and when the temperature is too low, the flow decreases.
SOLAR POWERED WATER DESALINATOR AND METHOD
A water desalinator that employs the use of solar concentration, evaporation and humidification, mimicking the natural hydrological cycle in a closed, modular vessel to produce freshwater from salt, brackish, brines and seawater, and a concentrate stream for further processing. Feed water is received and stored in a basin. Surface humidity is generated by the evaporation of basin water. A lens is used to focus sunlight, tracked the suns path based on biomimicry of a sunflower, on a thermal conductor. The thermal conductor has a rounded side-profile and generates a variable temperature across its radius. Water is pumped from the basin to a sprinkler head to be dripped or sprayed on the thermal conductor to generate water vapour. This water vapour consequently mixes with the air in the reaction vessel to increase system humidity. Humid air is removed from the reaction vessel and condensed in a condenser. Accordingly, the salinity concentration of input water is reduced from the output of the reaction vessel. Multiple reaction vessels or concentrators may be used in tandem to achieve improved performance.
Method for processing traditional Chinese medicine using calcium-based ion solution and application thereof
A method for processing traditional Chinese medicine using a calcium-based ion solution and an application thereof. A solution formed by a calcium-based ion solution and Chinese spirits is used to soak a traditional Chinese medicine prescription; the calcium-based ion solution refers to a solution containing calcium ions with a mass percentage of 0.3-10%; and the Chinese spirits is a spirit containing more than 35% alcohol by volume.
