Work station for medical dose preparation system
Embodiments of work stations for use in medical dose preparation management system. A work station may include a camera stand. The camera stand may include a housing enclosing a camera and one or more light sources therein. As such, the camera and light sources may be directed at a medical dose preparation staging region to capture medical dose preparation images of the medical dose preparation staging region. The camera stand may include an adjustable support positionable in a plurality of positions to dispose the camera and light source relative to the medical dose preparation staging region. A base with a removable tray may be provided that include medical receptacle engagement features. The work stations may facilitate improved image quality, efficiency of work flows carried out at the work station, and administrative tasks such as cleaning.
GEOLOGIC CORE INSPECTION TABLE
A geologic core inspection table includes at least two legs, each including an extending portion for increasing the effective length of each leg, the extending portion at least partially concentrically disposed within or about the leg from which it extends; and a tabletop disposed above and coupled to the legs. The tabletop includes a top surface for receiving a core sample tray. At least one leg may be extended to a different height than at least one other leg.
Cap rack
A rack to be suspended from a support structure includes a hook portion, an upright portion, and a shelf. The hook portion defines a cavity configured to receive an upper edge of a wall of the support structure therein. The upright wall is connected to and extends from the hook portion. The shelf is connected to the upright wall at a location spaced apart from the hook portion along a height of the upright wall. The shelf projects outward from the upright wall to a distal edge of the shelf that is spaced apart from the upright wall. The shelf defines a plurality of slots through the thickness of the shelf. The slots are open along the distal edge and are configured to accommodate one or more of multiple reclosable container caps or multiple tubes connected to the reclosable container caps.
Image acquisition for medical dose preparation system
Use of improved image acquisition for a medical dose preparation system. The medical dose preparation system may include a work station for capturing medical dose preparation images (e.g., to document preparation of a mediation dose). The medical dose preparation image may be captured by a video data stream processor capable of performing an auto cropping technique on a video data stream received from an image device. Accordingly, memory resources may be more efficiently employed while maintaining high quality medical dose preparation images.
ACTUATED HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE OPTICAL TABLE
Disclosed is an actuated, height adjustable optical table or workstation for use in microscopy, optical research laboratories and similar environments. The height adjustable design includes fixed and moving parts which combine to create a rigid, height adjustable table structure on which to mount an optical breadboard or similar platforms via optional rigid, passive or active vibration isolation mounts. The height adjustment is performed by multiple compact actuators with associated control hardware and software, and allows the user or an application system to perform activities with the table at any heights.

The present invention provides a horizontal instrument, a supporting device and a method for adjusting the bearing surface of the supporting device to be horizontal. The horizontal instrument in the present invention is used for maintaining a bearing surface parallel to a horizontal plane, wherein the horizontal instrument comprises a slide-swing assembly, and a monitoring assembly, when the monitoring assembly detects that the bearing surface is not parallel to the horizontal plane, the controller instructs the driving unit to drive the slider to slide, which leads the lower end of the swinging rod to slide, and then drives the swinging rod to swing, thereby, the upper end of the swinging rod drives the bearing surface to rotate for an angle so that the bearing surface is maintained parallel to the horizontal plane.
PROTECTIVE COVER FOR SUPPORT STRUCTURES
A protective cover that is positionable on a structure such as a table or a piece of laboratory furniture. The cover has at least three support structures positioned on a bottom part of the cover substantially parallel to each other. The protective cover also has at least two substrate fiber cement slabs built of reinforced organic and/or mineral fibers positioned between the support structures. A steel slab having a glassy and/or porcelain finish covers the fiber cement slabs and/or the support structures. The steel slab has three folds on the surface including two folds on the sides that correspond to a 90 angle relative to the flat part of the steel slab and a middle fold located between the side folds and creates a middle groove that forms two cavities at the bottom part of the steel slab.
Support profile for laboratory automation system
A worktable for a laboratory automation system can include a worktop with a level surface and a support profile for supporting the worktop, bent from a metal sheet The support profile can include a facing edge, and an underside of the worktop can lie directly on the facing edge. The support profile can include at least one reception lug. The worktable can include a bolt-shaped fastener for attaching the worktop on the support profile. The bolt-shaped fastener can project through the worktop and be received in the reception lug.

A precision tabletop for scientific instrumentation is described. The tabletop may be manufactured from as few as two pieces of material, include a honeycomb stiffening and vibration damping structure, be sealed from fluid ingress, include interior reinforcing structures, and permit accurate registration of machined features on all sides of the tabletop.
