The first discharge outlet of the first condenser is connected with the feed inlet of the packed tower, a second feed inlet of the second condenser is connected with the air outlet of the packed tower, and a gas outlet of the second condenser is connected with the fan. Packing is arranged in the packed tower, and the packing is located between the feed inlet and the air outlet, and the feed inlet is located between the air outlet and the liquid outlet.
